This app is only good if you purchase the pro app.. the only thing free is tracking your food which anymore all phones come with some type of health app to track your eating habits and food. This app is not free.. unfortunately

I like the new layout just not loving the new icon 🤦🏾♀️ I love the app I pay for the subscription my only gripe is with the new update you can’t go back in time and copy something to the current day.. it will only track to the next day... I hope there’s an update so that this feature is restored..
I can’t seem to get started because I forgot my password and I’m waiting for a new one on my email. Very frustrating when all of a sudden you are faced with a new setup. Loved the previous app so I look forward to using Healthi.
I’ve been using this app for several years and I found it superior to the weight watchers app. However in the past six months it’s been messing up when I change time zones (I’m a pilot so that’s pretty much every day). I make the entries on the correct day, but after changing times zones many of the entries move a day earlier. This messes up my daily point allocation and is a pain to correct! I’ve submitted two support tickets so far without getting any response.
They just changed the layout and I love it! This is such a great app for people looking to get healthy. There are so many options to choose from and everyone is very helpful.
Initially, the community just wouldn’t load and eventually, I received and error. I also wasn’t able to access comments. I uninstalled and then reinstalled to see if that resolved it. Nope. More errors, this time about failed verifications when trying to log in. I tried to reset my password two or three times, but still can’t log in. I have a paid version. ******************UPDATE****************** Response to the response I received: I emailed support outlining the steps I took and including password resets, which didn’t work. They responded by calling me Erich (not my name) and sent me a link to reset my password. I was finally able to access it from another device from a system backup, but the service and troubleshooting support for the app is not helpful at all.
Please help. This new app does not connect to my Fitbit. Otherwise it is a great app.
I love using the app and it is helping maintain my way for eight years now. However the transition to the new company and the change of the screen to a much lighter background and lighter numbers makes it much more difficult to read. I have several friends I cannot recommend this to now because they have poor eyesight
