FlightView is significantly cheaper - and even more reliable. The new app also has a great user interface. You used to be able to choose the date of the trip when setting up a new one - that option is now gone on my view. I can’t stand the black/white/yellow color scheme and miss the old one. The ads have become ridiculous.
I work for a major airline… This is my favorite app!!
This app has terrible support. I been trying for several months to upgrade to the ad-free version and couldn’t get any help from support on how to do that. Then last week I found a new hyperlink to subscribe under options and paid my $24.99 yearly subscription. Now I’m still getting ads and can’t get it corrected. Don’t waste your time with this app. Jerry
When traveling or tracking family and friend’s trips this is the app i use. It gives me real time info like actual arrivals, delays, etc.
Been using this app for that long. No problems with it. It helps me keep my family aware of any flight information, giving them peace of mind. Easy to use and best of all free.
This is a useful app, it does what I need and helps me keep track of my trips. After adding one trip recently, the flight schedule changed slightly, and the changed times were quickly updated in the app. The airline informed me too, but it was nice to know that the app was keeping track of my flight. The only real drawbacks I have is that I wish the interface was nicer for my tablet. It just looks like a phone app blown up for my larger screen, not very attractive on a tablet. Also I wish it had a landscape mode. But these things are minor. It would also be nice if they would provide a bit more information about the airports under the “airports” tab - at least an airport map or a link to one, and maybe some info about shops and so forth too.
I have used this app for years - I have told a zillion people about it on my travels (I log about 175 flights a year). This last update is the lynchpin for me and I can’t use it any longer. The ads on the bottom are fine - The insane pop ups are not. I totally understand if you want to monetize this app but there are better ways to do it. Farewell devteam
Subscribed to ad free subscription yet I still get pop up ads. I work at a airport and I use this app almost daily and needed to get rid of the annoying ads. I’ve tried restoring purchase (which keeps failing), and restarting the app. The only thing it’s done is remove the banner ads. Super disappointing and a waste of 24.99. Hope you guys fix this ASAP!
This used to be a free app with small, reasonable, understandable ads. Now, you get constant annoying pop-up ads or you pay $25 a year. No thanks!!
Flights used to be listed in chronological order of trip date. Now it appears it is in order of the date data is input. Very confusing. Please put back by trip date.
