On iPhone and iPad live audio constantly cuts out. I’ve tested them both and they cut off in the exact same places even if one is behind the other so I know it’s the app and not my internet connection. So annoying because it always happens at the most important moments! App would be perfect if it weren’t for that. I listen to live audio 8 hrs a day at work and I use the premarkets index to get live futures at fair value. Only app I’ve found for this and it gives you the Russell futures. Please fix the audio issues and app will be perfect!
The audio feed keeps fading out for two seconds and fades back in for no reason. This only happens with the audio feed. Support tells me it is my fault, but CNBC is the only app that has this problem and it does it not matter what network I’m using nor what device I’m using. Video never has a problem. Conclusion- they don’t know how to stream audio.
On the phone and IPad chart technical indicators are NOW too small, the price chart too large. Anything like MACD or RSI is useless. These are more important than the price chart.
Your constant security requirements with passwords, authentication and Comcast xfinity is a pain now you don’t recognize my password. I can’t wait till you have competition to smoke you out of existence

You can’t read the numbers. They are too small. They made something that was simple become completely hard for no reason. There is a saying if it’s not broken don’t fix it. They should follow that saying and change it back.

The latest version is great. I didn’t know when it was updated the graphs now are actually usable and reflect exactly where the stock price is. Including showing at the open where as before it would take until 11am before it showed the correct day. Great job ! Don’t make any changes to graphs they are finally good.

The app has always had issues with watching on a mobile device. It constantly forgets your TV provider forcing you to confirm it again. Sometimes on a daily basis. It struggles with changing ads from actual CNBC to mobile CNBC ads. But over the past few months it’s become unwatchable. It now forces you to watch digital ads before you get to content. And there is no indication of how long it goes on for. I’ve never actually made it to live tv the past few weeks as I give up after five minutes of nonstop commercials. CNBC tv is plenty annoying on its own with the five second return spot only to go to 3 minutes more of commercials. But the mobile version has become worthless.
