Every time I open the app, it says I need to update, but there hasn’t been an actual update in 2 months. Annoying enough that I rarely open the app anymore.
Tells me I need to update every time I open the app on my tablet. It is already updated. Really annoying.
They keep sending updates and the problems continue. About page 12 on an iPhone, stories stop opening. You have to open and close the app several times before the problem resolves. Plus, I understand why the print edition has reduced the use of color. Color is expensive. There is no cost in using color in the digital edition so why not? Pay more for less.

Paid for subscription twice and stills says I need to pay. No help from customer support.
I am highly annoyed with this app. I have called customer support and they weren’t any help. I pay for a monthly digitally subscription and when I try to access the eNewspaper daily it asks me to pay for a subscription. This is a problem and I have continuously tried to get it fix and the representatives have not been any help. I will unsubscribe. I really wish they would fix this because I have no other issues. However, if I pay for something I expect it to function properly or at minimum have the company take my concerns seriously.
Since the last update I can not open any of the stories. It tries, but the wheel spins and no result is delivered. In addition, it will periodically tell me I have reached my max free articles for the month, even though I have a subscription. The process to restore is not difficult, just inconvenient.
Every time I try to use this app, all I get is the Daily Press screen and it stays on that screen for 30 seconds or so then closes without opening to get a menu or anything. Needs fixed!!!
