App wasn't working a few weeks back, looks like it's working again thankfully
Can’t check interactions
Recent update to the app has completely removed the only reason for getting the app - to check interactions. You can type a drug name “check” it off, type another drug name and “check” it off as well - but there isn’t a “Check Interactions” option anymore!! Render the app completely useless - needs to be fixed.
Broken as of this moment
You can only enter the drug you want to check for interactions but the button is no longer available to run an interaction check!!! Please fix ASAP
The view interactions button does not show up anymore
The view selected drugs/ view interactions button does not show up since updating to iOS 13. Please fix ASAP The one thing the app is supposed to do, doesn’t do it
Where is the View Interactions button?
The button has disappeared. Can only search and select medications but you can’t view the interactions. Please fix ASAP. The app is useless when we cannot access the information.
Disappointed
This app use to give all drug information and was my go-to. Now it only gives drug interactions and no information about the individual drug. I am very disappointed as it’s now a useless source to me as a pharmacist since it’s no longer an all in one source of information. I’ll be sticking with lexicons or factsandcomparisons
Great concept horribly gone wrong
This app is impossible to use. With each update you have to change passwords. And god forbid you forget your username. It is impossible to get back in the system. If they could fix the bug this would be useful.
App keeps crashing, doesn't work
Probably bought this app 5 times for $3 each time because it requires a log in that I never remember. Now every time I click on it the app just crashes instantly. I'll be looking into how to get all my purchases refunded and bite the bullet on a lexicomp subscription.
Payment accepted...no app?
This app required $2.99 payment which I made and it does not open. Can I rate this app zero stars? I will update my review if the app ever opens. Disappointed!
Deceptive
It says it's a free app when you go to download it, but as soon as you open it, it wants you to purchase the content. It's only free for physicians with paid access through their main server. Which is fine, no complaints there, it's a good service, but for heaven's sake, be upfront about the cost before downloading!
