Didn’t get seats, no one at Boston airport to help
App keeps crashing
I need this app to work when I am traveling. It keeps crashing. It’s impossible to use to store digital boarding passes or check bags or flight schedule. Using it is like being thrown back to the ‘80s for air travel. The quality is so bad that I have to go back to paper and printing everything out and then getting paper boarding passes at the counter. What an embarrassment.
Absolutely horrendous
Flying back from Denver and we’re stuck in NY because there was no crew to get us home to Miami. Incredible how a major airline would have so many problems in this day and age. It wasn’t easy to get meal vouchers and hotel stay and we were rebooked on another flight scattered when I had purchased tickets next to my family. I will never fly delta again.

Flight Cancelled
I went to Germany for a specific reason and timeframe. My flight was cancelled going to Amsterdam, I had to return to London lost travel days. Had to book another hotel and had issues getting from the airport to my hotel by shuttle. I didn’t meant that my travel plan coming from the USA to London were canceled and it cost me more $$ to get the flight I needed. Overall, not a good experience.
