Chegg is becoming more difficult to use
Now every time I try to use Chegg I need to update my password, swap devices when I am still using the same device for the past 3 years, and go through a email verification code before I can use it. Chegg has been very helpful to me for a long time. They need to fix the update.
Answers - white words on white background ?
I’ve paid monthly for Chegg for a while now and I’ve had issues before, but I was able to resolve then but not as this one. My problem is I can’t see the answers anymore bc the words are all white with a white background. I can see them a little bit but it’s really hard to see. Idk why it started happening or how I can fix it. Please help!

My account was constantly flagged so I’m deleting my account.

It was working fine for a moment. But when I needed it the most it started to say that my account was someone else’s and that I couldn’t use it anymore. I sent emails to try to understand and fix the problem, but I got no response. Ultimately, I changed my email and payed for the subscription again. All that to end up with the same problem.

Chegg is the worst membership you can have for college. Doing hw in another city? Blocked. Ask too many questions? Blocked. Do nothing? Blocked… oh but it’s okay to continue paying your monthly fees.

Don’t get this app. They will charge you even when you cancel subscription. Literally didn’t even help with my homework and when they charged me again i contacted them and they tried to tell me i didn’t purchase the app through them. Stupid app.
