Flawed

Algorithm apple use for the ratings is suspect. App is flawed when when using credit card. Someone else credit card comes up on my profile. Horrible quality control for whoever created this hack waiting to happen

Too many issues

Tried several times to order items. Can never be shipped to my address. Don’t understand why. Had to order items three or four different times. Too much trouble!

Online ordering

I’m okay with having items shipped to me instead of picking up like I prefer. But, checkout is always a struggle. I had to get out of the app completely three times and, finally, catching a flash message (disappeared immediately) about bird seed, I removed it from my cart and my order went through. I still need the birdseed, but I was too frustrated to try again.
