HOW IT WORKS Most aircraft today are equipped with ADS-B transponders that transmit positional data. Flightradar24 has a rapidly growing network of 20,000 ground stations to receive this data that then shows up as aircraft moving on a map in the app. In an expanding number of regions, with the help of multilateration, we’re able to calculate the positions of aircraft that don’t have ADS-B transponders. Coverage is subject to change at any time. CONNECT WITH FLIGHTRADAR24 We love getting feedback on FR24. Bad company

Boo, I had paid for the upgrades on iOS and now I’m treated like they don’t care because they went to an all subscription service. If I paid for something, no matter what changes I expect to be “grandfathered” into what I originally bought into. Now, I have to start at square one because they want an extra buck from me.

Impossible to Cancel. It’s a trap

None of the directions are complete so when it shows on my AmEx I will dispute

Great Flight Information!

It is because of this app that I’ve found a new hobby and one that I really enjoy doing. Photographing planes is something I’ve never done until the discovery of this app. It’s amazing to see a plane on the radar and look up and see it right there!

Really cool

I don’t know why but I really enjoy the ap. Just being able to see where planes overhead are going, altitude and speed, airline, etc.... just fascinating.

What a great app.

I always check departures and arrivals and see where the aircraft is in real time. Much more reliable than airport information.

Interesting app but does not catch all planes

Very interesting information - fun to watch flights. Unfortunately does not catch all flights, particularly high flying ones. It might be because I am near EWR and there are too many planes.

Not as good

When I first discovered this app it was alot of fun, identifying the air craft that went over. I live 20 miles between two airports so there is a lot of air traffic here. However recently it seems this app don’t show near the planes that it use to. There is so many planes up there that I can see but the app don’t show them.
