Cannot access the current issue. I have a print and digital subscription
If you’re going to have a digital platform, you have to get it together. I’m signed in and when I click on an issue it gives me the option for a free trial or to purchase the issue. I’m obviously a subscriber if I’m signed in. So as a subscriber how do I access the issue if it only gives me those two options? I’ve seen other subscribers post reviews about access issues and a standard response thanking them for their feedback, but no, seriously, how do I access the issues if those are the only two options?!
I have been attempting to get my print edition on my iPad but it doesn't work. It continues to say "Try Again Later” but it is clear there is something else up. Apparently this is only for digital subscription only.
Horribly difficult to get where they will let me download issues. Contacting them is very labor intensive and time consuming. I had to provide a screenshot that my subscription was valid before the app custodians (Zinio) would believe me, then only allow online access.
Used to be a reliable app. Now after following the sign in instructions you can access the library of past issues but one cannot get the current issue. You get asked to buy the current issue or enter a trial subscription. I already have a subscription!!! Frustrating. I renewed my print/digital subscription for a year but will likely let it lapse. Magazine dying a slow death since it went to twice a month format. Used to be must read. Sadly the times have changed.

I haven’t been to download my last four without contacting customer service. The WORST App ever! Would give no stars if I could.
This app has never worked properly. I get a new issue notice and when I try and read it I am offered a free trial or read a sample. You folks never forget to bill but you always seem to forget to deliver the goods. Very bad practice and horrible customer service. I am trying to figure out a way to get my money back but you never answer emails or phone calls.
Credentials constantly lost. I waste time with multiple restores and even this is not reliable. Downloaded issues do not always stay downloaded. Very very unreliable. I hope your new buyers fix the problem...or know what they have gotten themselves into!
