I have never had such problem with any of other apps. Just horrible! I want to watch something, and have to struggle the whole evening. AND I pay for it! Unacceptable
I’m having problems both on iPad and iPhone. On iPhone it reaches 100% but won’t save the video. On iPad I play the video and the app freezes, and when I try to reboot the app it keep freezing, so I can’t pause, choose another video or anything else
I have been waiting over a month for viewing on my TV using Chromecast, the one casting device that MediciTV allegedly supports. Like others I did not buy a subscription to watch concerts on my phone or laptop. The support staff has been minimally responsive.
Wonderful concept. We meed more classical music in all its forms — ballet, opera, concerts, interviews, etc. But this is a terrible app. Customer service has auto reply saying they will get back to you...and then don’t. Can’t access anything on ipad. Just continues to buffer. And they don’t refund your monies. It’s robbery. Be forewarned. Don’t sign up for this.
Trouble finding content, logging in. Just extremely buggy.
I was overcharged over $100 on my subscription. I had to claw it back via the payment processor because Medici’s customer service is nonexistent. So I was out that money for a month and probably lucky to ever see it again.
For years the app failed to behave like a proper media app: did not respond to media controls and support iPad PIP etc. it’s much better now and doesn’t get in the way of enjoying the wonderful and copious content. I dropped my Berlin Philharmonic subscription because the variety here is better (opera, ballet, solo performances, chamber music). The only thing missing is Apple TV app.
I’ve tried contacting Customer Service numerous times through their site, Facebook, Twitter and email about a simple account item I’d like to address. I have yet to hear back from them.
Latest update cut off Iphone access to my premium service. Fix was promised “within hours.” That was four days ago.
