The app has to be one of the worst mobile apps I have used. It is impossible to change or modify any settings.
Always keeps saying couldn't locate you. The full screen button doesn't work so you have to turn auto rotate on in order to watch full screen
When I use the apple hdmi dock to play shows on my tv there is no audio. When it’s unplugged there is audio. This is super annoying.
This is recent but in the last couple of weeks I’m not longer able to expand the show I’m watching on my phone to full screen. I updated, deleted and re-added the app and problem persists.
What’s going on with the app, can’t get fulll screen to watch videos, some videos won’t even work but when switch over to Netflix it streams so much better! I like Hulu so y’all gotta get this app together.
I love the shows on here but the app keeps glitching like everything other episode and the ad will always run perfectly fine and then the episode with crash and it’ll happen multiple times after refreshing the app I ultimately just give up and stop watching the show
Normally I have no issues with anything in the app but lately I can’t put a show/movie in full screen. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it still won’t work, when I press the full screen button nothing happens and I’m not sure why
While connected to Wi-Fi it reports that it cannot download movies in app, saying it’s a regional problem
The inability for this app to go fullscreen when you push the button is an instant one star. They know about it but just are not fixing it
CAN’T WATCH ANYTHING ON MOBILE DEVICES. I’ve had this streaming service for years and usually only use it on our home TV. Recently I’ve been hooked on a show but am unable to continue watching it because the app never wants to work. Any show or movie I attempt to stream gives me the “we’re having difficulty playing this” error message, and I’ve been trying for weeks to find a solution on my end. Absolute crap. Every other streaming service works on my device, so I know it isn’t an internet or device issue. I’ve even deleted the app and made sure to delete all saved data for it, but nothing works. Genuinely considering dropping this service altogether.
