This is a known flaw with Apple and is the result of a poorly written app. Keeps asking to log in and denying viewing of articles. Get your money back.
This app really has problems. The links won’t work between pages and your forced several times to reboot it to get it to work again. The Denver Post needs to really work more on this app.
The app sends notifications of articles. If you click on the article you are offered a subscription. If you want to read the article, you have to sign in. Every article you want to read from a notification requires a new sign in.
If I am a paid subscriber, why is it so hard to find each day’s digital edition?

Very poorly designed app. Difficult to navigate. Repetitive entrees. Digital subscription is a rip off. Loooong time to load, difficult to cancell. Bait and switch tactic.
The actual newspaper does not publish the same stories day after day. Digital version has very few articles from what is in the printed paper, and just headline stories from days ago. Ridiculous waste of time.
Several times in the last week I’ve discovered that, even though I am a subscriber, the app continually asked me to login. I’ve done that, changed my passwords, and today it pops up a message asking me to “link my accounts.” I attempted this, the app told me I was already linked, and then went back to blocking the story with the same pop up. Incredibly frustrating, this does not seem to happen with the Colorado Sun online.
How an app could be this bad in 2021 is a sad joke.
