Total waste of your money and your time!!! And if you want to call, you cannot get anyone to talk to, because of COVID they say . What the hell does COVID-19 have to do with providing some to answer customers? They can pay someone to do that from their home. Do not subscribe!!!
I subscribed for a month for IPL but the app is not letting me watch. It’s asking for some additional credentials from Hotstar. Waste of time and money. It should be 0.5 stars rating.
pls don’t subscribe to this. It takes you on a wild goose chase to login to hotstar and use crap credentials from there and you cannot watch anything live. Stay away!
I am trying to connect to Willow and have a problem doing so , I have a new phone number 470-449-9213 my old phone number was 404-246-5867 . I went to my profile and changed my information and still can’t login to my account. Can you call or text me please thanks

Signed up for annual service. I could not watch on their site (computer), app (phone) or tv (app). They provided a login to another site Hotstar. Dodgy as never seen this. The login did not work on Hotstar. The Willow site would not let me play as they disabled streaming. Hotstar would not support. Been 4 days no customer service. Live chat says nobody is available. If there was a way to give -5 * I would. Don’t waste your money or time.
I got this app to see a specific cricket series. That series went well. I kept it because IPL was soon to follow. I was blind sided by a notice that to watch IPL I would have to get Hotstar with some wordings that it was a “gift” I shook my head and cancelled my subscription. Only to see that I was charged Sept. 25 for the app. This is robbery. I would like my money back.
Always crashes during a live game , never works at all, the most useless app I have ever used. Cannot play highlights section at all
I have been using willow for 1 month on my Apple TV and an iPad. I have had great image quality watching the live games and no real issues with either application. They worked well, no freezing and most of the time I had a high quality picture. I only plan on watching for a few months of the year so wanted to put my subscription on hold. Well there is no information in the app or website on how to do this. After searching the web found you have to send the support team an email to cancel the subscription. They replied within 48 hours to my email. They then tried to sell me a long term subscription. After I rejected that option they did confirm by email that my subscription had been cancelled. Not the way I want to manage my subscription so I will look at other options.
I paid subscription fee(10$) for 1 month willow subscription.I have taken the subscription because to watch the IPL, however I am unable to watch. I called to their Customer support but in the call automated system mentioned this number not in use. I have tried to contact them through live chat, but there is no response from them. No use of paid Subscription
