I have got in the website they have told me my password is wrong when I changed it again today they still say it’s wrong ! They over charged my account 31.85 for a trip that cost 13.89 never taking Uber again!!! And there is no way to get ahold of anyone and then they just pulled another 8.97 out of my account this morning for what ??? I haven’t token a Uber in over a week?????? WTH!
I have 4 kids and my husband we have spent thousands of dollars taking Uber. Now I want to know why are drivers pulling up and saying they can’t take us because it’s 6 what do they expect me to do?! My kids are 4,7,8 and 10. 3 sit in the back and we in the main seats so what’s the issue.

I’m sick and tired of constantly having the app tell me there is a driver 10 minutes away and then getting paired with someone 30 minutes away. In addition, I’m tired of having drivers cancel on me after they accept the ride. Once it’s been paired, they should have to complete the ride and then log off. This is so ridiculous and unfair for people who rely on this service.
I AM OFFICIALLY FURIOUS WITH THIS APP! I have been a loyal customer for awhile, however for the last month or two, Uber has NOT worked out as well. First off, before a ride is answered, the destination is shown right? I’ve had SEVERAL drivers arrive and then in that same moment cancel/tell me to get out cause they are not going to where the gps says. This morning, I had a scheduled uber, when the Uber arrived my pickup spot was changed (another issue I have had with the app recently). My driver was parked an entire 15min walk from me which is only 2 extra min by car. I had no choice but to cancel the ride and I’m furious I was charged a 20$ cancel fee for a 8-10 bucks ride. I am switching to Lyft. Time and time again I am almost late to work because of Uber.
When I request UberX it suggest me car with higher rate, I accept it, but Uber App reset it and trying to connect me to another driver, and this happens each time. Unable to order uber x to LAX.
My rider app stopped working in March and it is frustrating dealing with the support service. It’s pretty much a generic computer generated response, and at the end of the support I’m no closer to getting this resolved. I am told that an tech specialist will contact me and no one ever does. I loved using Uber but for the last year Iv been using Lyft instead.
The checkout page is freezing and not responding and I actually cannot place an order
Every uber ride I’ve ever gotten it that uses Waze instead of Google Maps always takes an additional 10 minutes because Waze is such a garbage app. Please drop support for it.
Whatever “upgrade” they did to their last service now takes forever to find a ride, then tries to bait and switch you by upcharging you to ride something like a Prius for $20+ to go one mile. It shouldn’t take five minutes to find a ride and then be told all drivers are busy, especially in a place like Los Angeles.
