Uber is a ridesharing app for fast, reliable rides in minutes – day or night. There’s no need to park or wait for a taxi or bus. With Uber, you just tap to request a ride, and it’s easy to pay with credit card or cash (in selected cities only). Whether you’re going to the airport or across town, there’s an Uber for every occasion. Uber is available in more than 500 cities worldwide – download the app and take your first trip today. Requesting your Uber is easy – here’s how it works: - Just open the app and tell us where you want to go. - The app uses your location so your driver knows where to pick you up. - You’ll see your driver’s picture and vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map. - Payment can be made by credit card, cash (in selected cities only), Apple Pay, PayPal and more. - After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the Uber experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email. Need a simple way to get from A to B quickly? Take uberX, our most affordable option for individual travel. Want to save money on your ride? Take uberPOOL – you’ll travel with other riders heading in the same direction, and enjoy a lower fare. Want a more exclusive experience? Take a high-end vehicle with UberBLACK. And there are even more options – whether you’re travelling with a big group or need a vehicle with accessibility features. I wish there was a feature where riders can express preferences, for example: •Prefers quiet rides •Enjoys friendly conversation •Speaks insert/languages/ •Enjoys jazz music Also personally, I prefer late night Uber’s with woman, non binary, or low T drivers. I wish there was a way to validate profiles (linking social media or uploading an ID) and establish a driver preference. Understanding that if the preference is unavailable then a pop up notice would suffice.
You guys need more people that speak English who are native. Most of these people that answer you calls cannot understand the issue in full. Please hire native English speaking people.
Aimee was very friendly and wonderful to chat with during the drive! :0)
There’s no customer service number you can use to call . i can’t request rides nor use the card i’ve been using .
Your website is terrible. I made selections that were as sensible as I thought I could, and it led to a webpage where I was stuck. I could not get out of the page nor could I go forward.
The app needs more help A few times that my Uber driver, my destination (on the app) would take me to the ally’s what’s up with that. Sometimes I find the app very sketchy af
I am very disappointed with Uber! My driver racked on way more money than he should have. I can’t believe they can tack on more money after you initially schedule what you agree upon. Also we have talked to many “New Yorkers” here in the city and the they said usually the flat rate is $40 dollars. So to charge us $136.00 dollars for 13 miles is absolutely ridiculous. I think I’ll be deleting my app and not using Uber again. Ridiculous!! Very unhappy customer.
The drive was safe and the guy is articulate and smart! Terrific ride!
Had a great ride, nice convo and good driver!
Drivers don’t care if you have multiple stops and steal your stuff had 2 people take my stuff and finish my ride while making a quick 1min stop
