Uber is a ridesharing app for fast, reliable rides in minutes – day or night. There’s no need to park or wait for a taxi or bus. With Uber, you just tap to request a ride, and it’s easy to pay with credit card or cash (in selected cities only). Whether you’re going to the airport or across town, there’s an Uber for every occasion. Uber is available in more than 500 cities worldwide – download the app and take your first trip today. Requesting your Uber is easy – here’s how it works: - Just open the app and tell us where you want to go. - The app uses your location so your driver knows where to pick you up. - You’ll see your driver’s picture and vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map. - Payment can be made by credit card, cash (in selected cities only), Apple Pay, PayPal and more. - After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the Uber experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email. Need a simple way to get from A to B quickly? Take uberX, our most affordable option for individual travel. Want to save money on your ride? Drivers accept the ride and than cancel in 5 minutes. Some even don’t move the car. Looks like drivers use mafia tactics to increase ride prices.
There are few times when I’ve had a bad ride due to the driver or the car. The consistent issue I have with Uber is the standard of quality that’s applied to app releases. I always update my software and the issues with GPS have yet to be fixed, pickup and drop off locations are often wrong, the app frequently shows a different location while I’m at home, and as far as I can tell the driver has issues trying to find me and issues with where to drop me off. I’m not a PM and I don’t pretend to know the complexity. But it seems as if not enough employees are dog fooding their application before releasing it to the public.
Please redo the app so premium pops up when the app is open. X Comfort Xl Premium
The map takes you through parking lots and asks you to hop fences. Updating payment methods always yields errors. Random crashes. Used to be an Uber loyalist, but swapping back to Lyft until their engineering gets a grip.
I can’t contact with my driver!!!!!!!
Most drivers are great. However I recently dropped my phone in an Uber someone else called and there is no way to contact them. I posted on their Facebook wall that I needed assistance and they told me they would only speak to the person who called the ride after he filled out a form, which he did. Twice. And no one from Uber ever reached out. Just one form FB message. Luckily found the driver through other methods. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
He was very nice and helpful. This was my very first Uber. Great experience Thank you
Every time I use it to take a ride, the app makes a mistake and accidentally kills a journalist. Oops! What can you do though? Not provide cover for a murderous dictator? How else are you going to get them to keep funding your company which has never made a profit?
As always, the uber driver was excellent but when I tried to rate/tip the driver it continues to route me back to the app itself. Very confusing - please tell my driver (Eric) that I tried numerous times with no success. The uber service is 5 star, the app is one star (not very intuitive). I feel sorry for your drivers who miss out on a tip because of this issue. I was forced to give up.
This is aim at your investors who think murder is ok.
