It was easy, but I was taken back by the final cost, it should be shown up front when comparing costs, the final cost was well over $300.00. 😳 Also, there should be an option to cancel without the cost of the entire bill, things happen in life, a small fee would be better accepted.😑 I still booked, but some kind of discount’s should be available, some places I looked at had discounts for first responders, seniors, etc., just saying.🤔 Hopefully something doesn’t come up and I can’t make it to my much needed vacation, because I will be out a lot of money for nothing. Again, just saying.😶🌫️
An easy-to-use app! Most often find a room at an affordable price, and usually I look “on the fly” as I decide to stop for the night! I’ve not had any trouble booking, cancelling or finding a property. Would like to have the property PHONE NUMBER on my booking confirmation but I rarely find it in the app. All told, it’s an app that is easy to use ( I’m an older person who is not as familiar with app use as younger folks) it works and it’s accurate and not given me any issues!
The hotel was in a great center location. The beds and pillows were very comfortable . I loved the room and how spacious it was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had no problem and was very happy after all! I would recommend to all my friends and families.

Booking dot com is a rip-off and they do not believe in truth of advertising. Recently I booked a room, and their website said no charge will be made to my credit card until I check into the hotel at the front desk. Well I had to cancel online since there was a TORNADO WARNING, and I had to seek shelter IMMEDIATELY. Those jerks charged my credit card , and I have been given the run around, and zero help with a refund. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I was at work booked a room took my last to book booking didn’t inform me that the hotel had additional fees for different types of people the hotel has discrimination problems and the booking site or hotel won’t return my refund

I have booked hotels before through the app but never flights. This time I booked a flight to just find out two weeks later the app shows my return date a day earlier. Even though I had received an itinerary from them on the day of booking with correct dates. I called them and the agent was useless. He kept saying he sees the right date in their system and ignore what the APP says. So I was like ok send me my itinerary again. He did and again the email I received had the wrong date in it. I told the agent and he send yet another email that had same issue. The he said sorry but please believe me. I was like I cannot just take you for your word your APP and email says otherwise. I asked him to pass me on to his supervisor he said there is no one above him working. I called the actual airline and they said there is something wrong with the booking. The strange thing is when I first booked it all was fine and I had called the airline then and had checked everything even paid for seats with the airline and everything was fine. Now few weeks later this. So the agent was useless and the airline is trying to help not booking.com…. So disappointing. their staff is a joke.
