Absolute trash. Paid via the app and then it went down when I needed to repay for parking, had to leave a show and miss half to go pay for parking on a machine 20 min away.

I just hope that all parking spaces will have the option of terminating them early so you can just pay exactly the time you use them

Totally ridiculous and unforgiving.

I was walking up to my car and I was one minute late. This company that enforces this app gave me a ticket. When when I asked them to give me a break they ran down the parking garage. I don't understand who is managing this, but I cannot recommend this app. Then I tried to call and was placed on eternal hold even after they gave me the option to call me back and called me back and then proceeded to hang up on me. They don't know what they're doing and ruined a wonderful day. I have never written a review like this but feel strongly enough to do so. This company is incompetent and is out to make a quick buck. You need to avoid it. I will be pursuing further action. It also took me forever to get this review posted. They are doing whatever they can to not let people post negative comments on them.
