I’m a paid subscriber and still cannot read any articles as it requires a new subscription every time even though I’m logged in.

Annoying App

1
I hate the way this app jumps around while I am scrolling through stories. It is impossible to simply run down the first page without the app bouncing me forward & back, causing me to lose my place & close the app in frustration.

App and internet not easy

1
I read the print WSJ daily. Anytime I try to do this on line it very maddening. Not intuitive at all. To the point that I’d is not functional. I get news blasts and attempt to read them only to get frustrated and stop. FIX IT.

Years later, still a bad user experience

1
The app was always a terrible drain on my battery, especially on my subway commute in New York. For quite some time it has had the problem of bouncing around as I scroll down. I can’t count the number of times I read a headline and then was reading the sentence below it for more info on the story and my view bounced back up so I had to scroll back down to finish reading and/or move on to the next story below. This happens all the time in my home Fios WiFi so it isn’t a problem of weak cell signals loading the page too slowly; it has to be the apps design that creates such a bad user experience.

The Gold Standard

5
I love a good newspaper, but the Wall Street Journal is what I consider the gold standard. The articles always have a clear thesis, and are thorough and fact based. It’s refreshing to have a news source that one can still trust.

Where’s the free trial? Might wanna update your graphics. There’s an image which claims a month free trial. No such offer exists.
