Can’t get the app to stay open, or even open. When I’m on WiFi the app works perfect. I’ve downloaded all my magazines, however when I try to view them where I have no service the app won’t open. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and still same problems. I have restarted my phone to see if that fixes the problem and nothing.
Downloaded content goes black after downloading. Customer service has no answer. Deleted ZINIO app and reinstalled. Issues remain. Turned off mobile device. Restarted it. Same issue with black pages. Not sure if it is an app issue, server issue or other technicalities. Sad. Been loyal customer for 10+ years. Thanks for the poor quality content. Need to stay on top of delivering quality content. As of this writing, you have failed. SA
Should be able to read magazines in offline mode
Reading absolute sound and very full page ad opens a browser. In fact just about anywhere you touched because the magazine is about half ads would open up a browser. Not a very good user experience
The last time I traveled internationally, I downloaded my magazines beforehand so I should not rely on any spotty internet connection to read them but I discovered that I could not open already downloaded unread magazines while onboard with zero wifi. Bummer!
I love my magazines and this is the perfect way to discover shop, buy and enjoy remotely. Highly recommended!!
I can take my reading with me without carrying a bunch of magazines or books when I travel.
I was double billed. I do not like to have my trust violated by technology.
As a tech savvy person I’ve tried every trouble shooting and sign in message and…nothing. No issues downloaded
