The app works perfectly, it’s easy to use and I love the fact that we can change font size, background colors and more with the app. I wish that account information was universal, as in I shouldn’t have to make a different account for the app so that I could access my paid for subscription to magazines. I would like it if all articles could be loaded on the app as well. It would make the explore much fuller and easier to read articles published daily.
I have been using 'Popular Science' on my old iPad for a few years now. There were problems every so often but restoring my Apple account would correct those problems. You see my subscription is through Apple. And this time restoring didn't work. I can't get the 2020 Spring edition. My subscription is yearly and already payed for this year. Please fix this problem or cancel my subscription and give me back my money.
I have a paid subscription, am signed in, am looking at current print copy, but the app won’t let me look at current issue without buying it...somebody goofed on this implementation!
I downloaded it. I signed up. I “refreshed” and nothing. What a mess. Any yet the App Store shows this as 5.0. WTH?
When I originally purchased the print + digital subscription I could download read and keep all my issues. After having to update app I find I can no longer access my old issues that I bought and paid for. Why do I have to buy again? Stay away from this publisher they change the rules after they get you money!!! I have cancelled my subscription and will advise anyone else to stay away. Apple should investigate this company and remove it from iTunes.
Can’t download any issues. Kept my subscription since I read while flying using iPad. Can’t download anything in new app. This is broken.
As a long time print subscriber I hate this new app. I cannot access my digital issues.....even after following the instructions. Terrible
Some of the past issues do not price cannot be shown due to price error. Cannot buy the digital versions.
New app deleted all my downloaded issues, will not let me access them online. At least I still have my paper copies. I will not be subscribing again.
Cannot access any digital issues with newapp. Keepsasking me to purchase the issue again.. thank god i have my print issues to read, but i will not be renewing my subscription when it comes up for renewal
