Unable to Download canceling subscription
I love the art, meditations, special features and Saint of the Day especially. My suggestion would be in the order of the Mass to make the different Eucharistic Prayers clickable. It is distracting during Mass to have to scroll to find the prayer being used by the priest. Thank you so much for this beautiful tool.
When I paid for March 2020 it accepted my payment but will not load to read. I called they told me to email them. I emailed and no response. Now what is the next avenue to take. Please post here. Thank you in advance.
I have used this app for 5 years and happy with it, just a little wish: If the Response of the Responsial Psalms is repeated at the appropriate places called for so I don’t have to look at the top of the Psalms then loose the place. It would be very helpful in using big letter size on an iPhone! Please
I have tried repeatedly to download the February 2020 version to my IPhone XI. It says it is downloading gets to about 24% in the process and then says there is an error and to try again. I have tried this repeatedly. I have deleted the app and tried again and still no luck. This is very disappointing.
I subscribed to the Magnificat paper version, but never read it regularly. Then I decided to try the digital subscription, mainly for the cheaper price. Now I read it daily, since I always have my phone with me. I start and end my day with the Morning and Evening prayers. I love it! A great addition to my day.
I really love this app when I’m on the road I’m able to pray the morning prayer. It has started to bring me to a better prayer life and to open up a conversation with God. Thank you for your work

Something is going on, the app recognizes my subscription but then it says it can’t connect to the iTunes Store. I contacted apple and they check everything on their end and suggested it was an app problem.
