Unlike any of the other periodical subscriptions that I have through the App Store, this app deletes past purchases on an annual basis and then presents them for re-purchase. This is a rip off. There are many resources in the monthly issues that are not bound by date. It would be nice to be able to go back and take advantage of them since they have actually been paid for. I have canceled my automatic subscription. Update May 3, 2021: Developers please get your act together. Here is the email I received April 16: Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, issues purchased through a subscription are not accessible once that subscription has expired. Sincerely in Christ, Magnificat App Support BTW, I did try to redownload one of the removed issues and was charged for it. Also I have the current version of the app,
The app has not worked in a little over a week.
I can’t download new updated app
This app is great when it’s working I love to use it to follow the readings and the order of mass at daily mass. I was using the April 202woman edition with no problems until a few days ago. Now I need to re-download the April edition and get the message that there is an error when downloading. Please address this problem so that I can once again use this app.
The Magnificat app on my iPhone 8 Plus (iOS 14.4.2) updated automatically yesterday and this morning will not complete downloads of editions. Deleted app and reinstalled, logged in successfully, but get “Error touch to retry” each time (both from initial screen after sign-in and from Settings Editions).
Your text size used to work well 3 year ago. I was having eye issues it got me thru my surgery’s Your web developer need to take a look at size of font. Very Big ++ still to small. I remember stretching the page and would be perfect to fit page. Sadly I have a subscription for a number of years left. I started using IBreviary it work very well. I like Magnificate please help to correct this font size.
I use this app for extra daily meditations and for my daily readings at Mass. we are no longer using Missals in the pews due to covid, so this app is great.
The app could really benefit from larger size options and from adding a dark mode option.... Both backgrounds of white and ivory are incredibly bright
I find it impossible to contact whoever owns this app and took my money
