I don’t find that the alleged “improvements” improve the user’s experience.
Pages was working fine, but now documents from the app don’t open.
The app keeps on crashing and I’ve lost all of my documents and there is no Tech Support available. Horrible update!!
I thought at first it was my iPad that was doing this, but now I don't think so. Everytime I just write a few words or maybe just one or two the whole paragraph or parts of the word I wrote goes down a whole page. It's extremely annoying. I also bet I'm not the only one who has this problem. I also have on other problem. Whenever I try to put my writing in italics it won't. I even try to highlight the words and nothing happens. This happens when I try to write in bold. I can't highlight anything. It's been going like this for months. What's the point of having a writing app if you can't do the touches right away. Trust me it helps. Little Things make a big difference. Oh, and here's one more thing, like I said when I fix the glitch of a paragraph going down a page. I fix it start writing and it randomly glitches me up. PS- it doesn't do this with other writing apps I have. You need to fix these glitches. I rarely use the app because I'm afraid of it deleted some of my O͟͟R͟͟I͟͟G͟͟I͟͟N͟͟A͟͟L͟͟ writing. It's done that before, it makes me so mad to. I bet it peeves other people. Please fix this. For the people and apps sake.
I get that the latest update was done for the ease of sharing documents across multiple devices, but I hate the way the update no longer allows the user the ability to choose where documents get created and stored. The fact you now force everyone who uses the app to use a cloud account or they cannot use the app at all, is extremely annoying! I HATE having no ability to choose where I create and store my documents.
I love Pages. I would love it even more if you could incorporate the ruler tool that’s in the Notes Sketch app into Smart Annotation. A compass too would be even better! Would be a life saver for drawing lines and shapes!
An apple app, with delay in apple pencil draw recognition. So sad.
This and other is way best! I can make stuff! A home hub, memories company’s and what is from em what my house has and much more and I seriously ain’t kidding. What else? I measure record and make videos I totally love apple! Thank u for making such a popular company like this 😍🥰😊😊😊😊😘😘😘😘😍😍😍😍😍😍😃😃😃
All of my items were deleted!! How did this happen?! I had my resumé and cover letters on there and well as other important items!! I’m so irritated!!
A couple years ago, particularly for the sake of convenience, on my iPhone iPad, I used Pages to create documents. Navigating formatting was tricky, but I looked past that. I wasn’t looking to create anything fancy. I was able to type my document which was my goal. Now, this app is horrible. Despite the fact I’ve tried using it again and again, my frustration and huge disappointment with this app grows. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
