I love the setup of this calculator and the features it offers overall, making it a total score for me of 5 stars. I really like that you can review the amortization schedule on your phone in real time, I love it because it’s on my phone for convenience and it really looks very professional when I pull it out to do calculations in a business meeting. However, for some reason, all my calculations seem to always be off by several hundred or thousand dollars each time I do calculations on it. I tried to reset it and recalculate my numbers but they still keep coming back off by several hundreds or thousands depending on what I’m calculating, comparing it to my HP calculations each time and other calculators I use to make sure it’s not me, however, my hp and other calculators are calculating exactly the same numbers each time and the same answer shows up. I guess it’s ok to be off by a few pennies sometimes but not hundreds and thousands of dollars when you need good numbers. I hope the company can fix this minor issue and make comparisons to hp and other calculators because I really love using this wonderful calculator everyday I work. I will download your latest version as soon as this gets fixed...Thank you!
Look and feel of the HP, is worth a few dollars to have something accurate and simple to use.
A date entered in 1.012010 format is shown on the screen as January 2, 2010. It seems the dates in general are not interpreted correctly. Please fix. Otherwise. I like this app.
Great app. I buy a lot of real estate and this app paints a great picture of the total financial situation. I love the amortization feature. I think I would like calculus now!
I am using three decimal places. No matter what, the comma and the decimal places are switched. For example, if I type in 2,495.16, it actually displays 2.495,16. Every single number is like this. Even 2+3=5,000. It didn’t used to be like this because I’ve had this app for a while and use it often. It seems like it only started doing this after the last iPhone update. What is wrong?? Can this be fixed? I have screenshots of my phone.
Not sure if this relates to iOS 13 or not but my sidebar is blank. Pls fix
Only way to exit easy mode is to exit the app as far as I can tell. Also the app stretches in slide out mode on iPad Pro making for a ridiculously stretched and truncated ux. App works great on android but this iPad experience is not polished.
Uneven cash flows caused an internal error and crashed the application. After a simple email to Kenny and the team, he promptly fixed the app and has submitted to Apple for an update. What a great development team that is listening to their feedback!
Downloaded this for a finance class and bought the upgrade for help with bond functions. No user manual. Embedded YouTube videos had no sound. Help function is limited. No response to emails for assistance. Bought a TI BA II Plus emulator instead.
Easy to learn and use to become financially savvy. Rose
