This app definitely helps to keep tabs on love ones and family members but the work of such tracking apps is usually limited because you always need to access the device you want to keep tabs on in order for the tracking app to work effectively. My question is, if I can access the device I want to hack, why would I need it hacked? But I understand we hack devices due to different intentions and to recover some information that most have been deleted or kept from being easily seen. The device will need to be intercepted or completely cloned at times. Infidelity causes a lot of trauma that might be very difficult to cope with if you don't have an account of what is really going down with your spouse when you aren't together. If you keep getting this signs its most likely to be true to your spouse is cheating. That's not the end of life anyway, you can make a choice that suite you and be to your advantage for something like that to never repeat its self. For anyone that find themselves in the situation, what you need is to contact a private ethical hacker (SPYLORD0001 @ GMAIL COM) for any reasonable proof before you confront your cheating partner about infidelity. How to use the app after the update without companion apps

Hello, i'm the legacy user for the ATT secure family app. The latest update forces me to install companion apps. In your responses to other users you state that legacy users can continue to use the app without the companion apps. Pls explain how to do it. Thanks You replied that “ Legacy customers who do not use the Companion app for network location tracking can continue to network locate after the update w/o a Companion app.” The above reply appears to be incorrect. There is no way to track the phones without the companion app. Pls update your reply or explain how to track without the companion app after the update. Thnx.

after the update been having issues , love the old version were no need to download the companion app. as a parent very helpful to track all phone location when you have teenagers as they will not download the companion app

Disappointed

The old app did what it was supposed to do, for the most part. The new app is a pain to set up. I use it to keep track of an elderly parent in another state, I don’t have access to her phone and there is no way I’m going to be able to explain it to her over the phone. I was not given an option to opt out of this “update”the old app suddenly stopped working and I was forced to download the new one. Doing so necessitates setting up the app all over again on five phones. I have checked the settings with tech support but I still can’t see my kids much most of the time. Frustrated that I’m paying for an app that used to work but now does not.. I’m in the process of looking at other options but I’m finding that most of these tracking apps have serious security issues so keep that in mind when looking for alternatives.

Improves Communication in Our Family

This app is great for opening up conversations about what my children are doing in their digital life as well as physical life. I remember being a teenager and not wanting my parents to know exactly what I am doing at all times. There are too many temptations these days for kids. TikTok is like crack. So we can limit screen time and shut off at night without parental intervention. There is even a countdown before internet is shut down. Kids need sleep!! Reports on daily or weekly basis , I prefer weekly. I can see everywhere my kids go. I don’t give them opportunities to lie cause they know zi know, and we are not punitive so we discuss stuff. Alerts so they don’t have to call my wife when they reach their destination. Would be great if it monitored how fast they are driving but still the app gives us peace of mind. So far kids are mostly fine with it. We work together to set parameters, they like doing things other than their phone, just need a push sometimes. The Secure Family helps our growing family!

Your app update has wrecked it

This app was fairly reliable before the update. Maybe I’m still on a learning curve but I liked being able to specifically address which messaging and social media apps they could use. Also, my adult children’s phones used to report some location even though they weren’t paired. That feature is pretty terrible now.

Secure Family quit working upon upgrade

I have been a loyal customer for a long time. However, when the upgrade rolled out, the app quit working and I have submitted two tickets. I have not yet received an estimated time for a fix.

New Update ruined it

They say legacy users can still use tracking without companion apps, but that is not true. New version is horrible. I’ve cancelled my subscription.
