Service is not good
Not happy with t
I had a buddy put 20 bucks on my Venmo account and I have tried to cash it out on 6 different cards including 2 cards that where Venmo and I still can’t get my money off there, someone told me to use this because it’s easy but I mean who cares if it’s easy if you can’t even use the money on there or cash it out, PayPal and cash app don’t have that problem but that’s why people are using Venmo less and less
Tried putting bank card in multiple times( funds are there yes) and still declines so if you don’t want to actomake a account with these people. Do not use this app. There is NO SUPPORT
Sometimes it will allow money to be sent. Other times it will send an error repeatedly. Trying to transfer money is even harder.
I appreciate apps that are still allowing us to send money to those we love, as needed.
Continuously requesting tax information for a Alcoholics Anonymous group. There is none. Will not allow the account to be closed without contacting them. Each time we try to contact them I get an automated response that goes in circles. I volunteered my time and resources to help a nonprofit group. I’ve spent an inordinate amount of time trying to close the account or change it to a nonprofit/charity with no results. This, up until now, has been a great service. If you don’t need customer support, it is an acceptable way of getting funds to people.
They let my account get hacked, leading to me having to cancel my bank accounts and open new ones. In the process, they froze my account but once they issue was resolved they refuse to unfreeze still after several months standing what money I have in there.
I love Venmo
I will never use this app again, been trying to get my money for over a month.
