Don had the answer
As a new member of V1 it became obvious I had messed up somewhere along the way. Don sent me instructions on how to handle the problem in a step by step format and the information allowed me to resolve the issue. Nice to know there is a real person in space to assist me when needed.

Terrible Customer Support
I was charged for the plus membership, realized it wasn’t worth the price and can ended less than 7 days after purchase. Got in contact with customer support and they never responded to my refund request .
App keeps crashing
I downloaded for my boys to try out the free version before buying them each accounts. The app keeps crashing on the latest gen IPad even with more than 50% memory… after reading the reviews, it doesn’t seem like a company I want to be associated with anyway. Almost had us for 4 subscriptions - thankful to have realized it before paying a dime.
Great app
Love being able to draw lines and circles to compare my swing to professionals. Great learning tool for improving everything from Short game to driver.

Very pleased of the way you can look at pros swing, the only thing is the cost to have V1 plus is more expensive than I would like.
Great support!
I have used the app on and off for years. I have videos all the way back from 2016 and have not been using the paid version for a while. I just re upped to paid and have a new email address. They migrated all of my old videos and Mathew in support was fantastic! Very cool that I did not lose my old videos. Thanks V1!
HEVC vs H264 Codecs
The app was corrected on August 8, 2023 due to problems analyzing iPhone captures in HEVC format, which is the native iOS format. I could view and edit them when they synced to my iPad because the codec automatically changed to H264 … and everything worked smoothly. You still won’t be able to edit old videos on the iPhone app that were previously captured using HEVC; however, I confirmed that all new captures now use the H264 codec and work smoothly.
