Can NOT even ship to the correct address. Waste of money.

I have only one complaint

I would give this app 5 stars but it has my anxiety through the roof! For a week now I’ve had a notification on the app. But when I open the app, there are no new messages and no other apparent sources of the notification. But the notification won’t go away! It’s frustrating me and making me tense because I’m in communication with multiple people and I kind of need to know if they respond. The false notification is honestly not that big of a problem to most people but I can’t leave my phone cluttered like that. I can’t do it. This app is bad for my mental health

AncestryDNA ad

Given that I pay an access fee, it’s irksome to get an advertisement for AncestryDNA every time I open this app without a way to dismiss it. Very disappointing for an otherwise well developed app.

I feel that if you bought a kit, you should have access to the records. Also naitive indegenous people didn’t call the Island where the Dominican Republic and Haiti are located by those name it was Quisqueya, so saying that the indigenous haiti and Dominican Republic is misleading. There weren’t any haitians or Europians during that time.
