Lately, the app tends to freeze for some reason. I like using the app but it’s annoying that it freezes and I have it shut it off and restart it. Started looking for other apps for now... freezes are too annoying.
If you download and use premium for Fitbit sync, it’s awful. I’ve had to reset (unlink on both ends) multiple times this week, it’s almost a daily practice at this point. It doesn’t deduct exercise or steps from calories. Incredibly frustrating.
The app is great but sometimes it doesn’t sync to my Fitbit app. That’s me only issue, I dearly love the app for food! I’ve lost 37 pounds since the pandemic started and plan to lose another 15-20.
I’ve used this app for well over a year. I track my weight, water intake, meals and macros, daily steps, as well as other exercise. Through the process, I learned that many foods I thought were healthy have way too much fat or carbs for me to meet my goals. I have learned portion size and the importance of weighing and measuring my food. Sometimes I ate too much and other times I did not eat as much as I thought, thus shorting myself on protein and important nutrients. I also love the ability to create recipes to easily enter the foods I eat often. I recommend this app to my friends all the time.

This app is not okay. it lets you work off the calories you eat and can promote eating disorders. awful. do not get.

This app has helped me improve my fitness and weight in the past and now I’m back to it. It helps me train my brain to eat healthily and form and balance my exercise habits. Taking the extra few minutes to log my actions is worth the results I achieve!
