Ordered different items three times for pickup. Items will always get cancelled. Went to the same store and items were there. Pickup services are terrible.
I use the app when I am in the store to find items’ locations. Instead of wondering and wandering, if I click on an item it tells me the location in the store I am in if I log into WiFi. It does not engage automatically and I can’t look while I am home. I would appreciate a third choice on the front page to engage this part of the app. Although I do order on the app, I find it very helpful when I am shopping in the store to know where to look especially in the age of COVID.
It refuses to show up when the app is opened. And when I pay, erecept is a nightmare. Could they be made easily accessible?
The app is most useful when you’re in the store to find items. Why was this feature removed?
How are we supposed to utilize our gift cards once they are stored in the app? I am not able to set one as my payment method which is what the cashier told me to do and when you try to select it on the app nothing happens. I’m on hold with customer service now and she has no idea what I’m talking about. Please help
I’ve been using the mobile order pickup which is fantastic when it works, but every other time I use it, items randomly disappear between placing my order and going to pick it up. Today, I was only given about half the things I ordered. Won’t be using again until this is fixed
I use to be able to view products at a store without having to pick pickup or delivery to view them. Also, at the store, I could search an item and it would tell me what aisle to find it in. I really miss that feature.
I can’t see items that are in stock at stores in town. It’s the only reason I used the app at all
Full bars in the store and the app will not work. Leave the store and it works. Scan and pay and Walmart pay don’t work inside the store.
This app doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Ever since merging with the separate grocery app it has became unbearable to order groceries from. My phone gets so hot from running the app I can barely hold it, uses up so much battery power I can not make it through an order without having the charger plugged into it, the app freezes up constantly, takes forever and a day to load a page, hesitates for seconds when I click add to cart, and crashes randomly. It takes me over half an hour to order groceries and I’m beyond frustrated. Whoever is running the engine for this app has done so terribly and you’d think a corporation with as much money as y’all do could at least have a decent app. Please go back to the separate apps to order groceries or something because this isn’t working.
