I use insight timer all the time they just don’t have enough for me. They need more options sorry if that review was too short, there are probably longer ones I didn’t bother to read. Enjoy your Life 😇 be innocent

This isn’t really an app at all but a great big ad you download. Only after downloading do you find out a subscription is $60 a year. Seriously?

Simple and impactful

This app makes it so easy to find the right option for each moment. The timer is simple and offers a good range of options you can customize including a wide selection of background tracks if that’s something you want. And the time range and topic area filters for guided meditations help you pick the right meditation for that situation. And the quality of the teachers and meditations available is amazing. I’ve been meditating now almost daily for a few weeks and I feel so much more able to listen and let go. Thank you, Insight Timer and all of the wonderful teachers submitting content!
