Good but could be great
FF is good and very usable. Just really wish they’d bring back lowest tilt and provide an app for Android so you can rely on 2 different operating systems. Also wish Pro Plus subscription came with more features for GA aircraft, like performance profiles and fuel planning. Hate to pay for performance plus to get these features while the rest of the performance plus features are pretty useless to GA pilots

Radar is Terrible!!
New Radar is useless, very disappointing

The new radar is terrible. What’s worse is how long it’s taking you to get a better radar product.

Customer Service Above and Beyond
Our company had an immediate international deployment and originally my request to get charts to our pilots was left unattended for some time. I was initially frustrated with process for customer service. Then my case was elevated. The customer service manager reached out to me with his personal phone number. At that point the customer service went beyond helpful and accommodating. The agent worked with me at all hours to resolve the issue and get us the charts needed for our mission. I can thankfully say ForeFlight went above and beyond to as far as contacting a foreign nation trying to get us any chart reference for our operation. Thank You!
Customer service is the worst
I agree with any commentator who complained about fore flight customer service. They are nonexistent.

Ever changing rates and plans
This EFB is like getting a cable subscription that has you paying for Disney, Lifetime, mtv, and Nickelodeon just to get espn. Don’t be a sheep, there are better efb’s out there.
