Indy star disappointing

I thought it was important to subscribe to the local newspaper, however it is always the same old news and seems to be updated maybe once a week at best. Not a resource for current news. Will be cancelling if they can’t do better than this.

Difficult to sign in

We have an IndyStar subscription, which provides access to the e-edition and other features. The app never seems to recognize that, and it’s often very hard to find a place to log in!

Always fixing the app

Too bad they can’t fix the reporting...

Subpar App

For the past several weeks the Indy star app will not update any stories, articles that involve Purdue University sports/athletics. The “Boilermaker” section broken and only lists articles thru the Purdue v Indiana State basketball game, which was quite some time ago. Many online subscribers will be lost, including this one, if not fixed.

You won’t regret

Perfect way to stay in the know and support local journalism. The customizable notifications are nice.

Starting or Ending My Day

I have subscribed to the Indy Star since the 1970’s, and I have read it daily all this time. I have enjoyed feature writers, national news, local news, sports writers and the great comics and advice columns. I love it all. Special shout-out to Gregg Doyel, whose always entertaining columns I read aloud to my husband. Thanks to our Indianapolis Star for being part of our lives these many years!
By why are u making this so hard

Worst app ever

This app is awful

Won’t remember my log in information. I have to log in EVERY DAY. Once logged in, I have to close, reopen, close, reopen, and then maybe it will remember I’be paid for this crap! Calling to cancel, again. You guys don’t know what you’re doing.

Annoying feature

The new feature “stories you missed” is annoying, because it directs me to stories I’m not interested in, especially all the sports. I guess this is a way to get “clicks” and lie to the advertisers that people are reading more than they really are. I get this feature on the phone app.Get rid of it.
