Poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service, I have been trying to contact customer service for a whole week, nobody is returning calls or emails, I regret associating with IFAX
Hiding lower cost option
I don’t sent a lot of faxes. I downloaded this app looking for a single use payment option. No dice. So, I downloaded another app that has a pay-as-you-go option. Had a problem sending the fax, circled back to iFax to use the free trial. Discovered that I had the wrong number (doh!) So, I went to the second app and paid the $2 to send my two pages. I canceled my subscription to iFax. Only THEN, did I receive a “sorry to see you go” email offering pay-as-you-go. No thank you. I equate the non-transparentness to predatory behavior. In summery, I chose to pay another app their fee than use iFaxes free trial. I’m glad I did.
Don’t give them your information!
This is either a scam or at least the trial period is a scam because there is no way to cancel your account. Now I’m going to have to cancel my credit card, which will cause hours of work on my behalf. Do not !!!!!!!!!give them any information and don’t try this program/app.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Doesn’t work
App couldn’t verify my number, kept shooting a message saying invalid token. I went to cancel and tried again. Same result and still got billed. Don’t do it.
App trial bogus
You cannot put in a fax number without committing to a yearly purchase, not really a trial it’s extortion.
Perfectly
Tried it for the first time and it worked perfectly! Fast, easy and efficient. I appreciated the "sent" confirmation

Great App. So easy to use. Love it! I needed to send documents tat were on my phone to a fax. This app worked like a charm. It was so fast and easy

Very easy to use app and budget friendly, whether you need to fax a little, or a lot. I would certainly put ifax in the top three of the best fax applications I've used
Convenience
I love the convenience of being able to send a fax anywhere from my phone. I never have any problems with the connection either. Very convenient for being on the go
