App is great! Love how I can create my own foods by manually entering. One suggestion is to improve the workout part of the app - it would be nice to retrieve how my workout points stacked up for the week. Once I enter today, I don’t have a way to access or retrieve the history.
In the past I’ve stuck to free calorie counting programs - MyFitnessPal, LoseIt! Etc. I’ve always found myself discouraged every time I start these though and stressing about calories. These programs also do not encourage you to make healthier food choices, but focus on calories. I love the weight watchers program because it’s different. You’re given a certain amount of points (depends on the plan you choose) to eat each day. Every food has a certain point value assigned to it. Foods that are “better” for you, like veggies, fruits and lean meats, have a low point value. This encourages you to make healthier food choices while allowing you to still feel full. The 24/7 coaching is so nice too! I love to be able to ask someone a question without having to dig through countless forums. The 23 dollars a month is so worth it! The community on the app is great too, and there’s lots of ways to get involved!
I don’t think I could be as successful on the new WW program without the app. Easy to track food and plan meals. I can stay within my point range. Also, I love the recipes. Gives new outlook on preparing tried and true recipes.
I am please with it but does have a few glitches to be worked out as smart points are off by a point or two and other similar things others have stated in their reviews.
Best app for weight loss.
I finally decided to start taking care of myself and becoming a WW member was the best decision ever. WW offers lifestyle changes that work and are sustainable. I’m almost down 50 lbs and feel healthier than ever!
WW has been the best weight loss program I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried a few. It definitely is a lifestyle change more than a diet!!!!
