This has been a great experience. App is easy to use. It trains you how to eat well. And for the most part, (I can’t believe I am saying this), you don’t feel like you are missing out. It raises awareness of really poorly I was eating. I mean I know I binged on chocolate and ice cream. I can still eat it, but I appreciate it more and don’t crave it as often. It takes a few weeks to get accustomed and then the weight starts dropping. I lost 10 lbs and fluctuated a little and am now down 13. I have recommended it to friends and family.

I love the WW app it is so easy to track and has so many options to help you be healthy and know what you are eating , drinking, and how well you move all day and sleep at night.

I love how the app keeps me on track! I try to log everything even if it’s a 13 point candy bar!! Or 4 pt Beer!
I lost 75lbs in 18 months between 2011 - 2012 and have maintained my goal weight within 2lbs consistently week to week, month to month and year to year ever since. Through cold winter months with little activity, to summer days of long bike rides and working in the yard, and now with sheltering in place with limited exposure to the outside world in the face of a pandemic. Through it all, WW and the WW app have been by my side, keeping on track and at my goal weight. So easy to use and it just works!
I very much enjoy tracking and planning meals and staying within my points via this app. It would be helpful if there were some way of book marking the place where I left off on my extensive saved foods list when I am tracking, since most of what I eat are saved foods.
I track activity and food every single day! It is sooo easy!
