I have been waiting awhile for a better update..#1 refine does not work for caregiver looking for specific ages #2, when corresponding with a family, there is no ability to go back and edit. If you make 1 mistake the whole message, needs to be retyped.
This is infested with non serious people who do not understand or value the importance of communication and commitment. Their schedule show open and after all things are sorted out they will say “oh I have been hired by someone else” or “I am only available on this day” well then what is the point of showing yourself open? I would not recommend spending a single penny on this service.
Reached out to someone on here to ask availability, since they didn’t list it. Never got a response. Asked again and nothing.
I signed up for premium because the app made it appear like I was missing out on a lot of perks. After $140 was spent, the money doesn’t get you anything you can’t get on the app for free.
I dont like how there isn’t a specific app support team or customer care number. The app crashes quite often, when updating a job , it tells me theres details missing which there isnt. I dont received message notifications right away.
It is more often I could not sign in than I could. Please fix this ASAP.
The developers are impossible to get in touch with and never ever get back to me. Thanks for nothing
These folks blocked and deleted my account one hour after I created for unknown reasons. However they charged my credit card for 1 month premium membership. When I tried to contact them, nobody responded. Not sure how big the company is but they act like complete scam.
