It’s easy to access and very convenient
Yah are no longer letting teens a age Younger then 18 apply it makes no sense at all it’s not fair in my opinion at all.
Found two wonderful Nanny's who are still friends!
Desperately needed to find help, however, I would receive applications in my email but whenever I would go to the app to view the application, I would not be able to contact the person as the app is constantly loading. This app needs a lot of work.
1) why can’t I filter candidates out by full time or part time? (This also applies to the web) You’re forcing me to wade through results that are 80% part time when I just want full time. 2) yes, the app lets me specify times and days, but the results don’t line up anyway so it’s kind of useless. 3) you really need some mechanism to make candidates Mark themselves as unavailable. I can’t tell you how many messages I’ve sent only to find out they’re not looking for work. Terrible experience.
I find it rather sad that in order to use this app to the fullest one is required to pay $20 a month. It’s basically a job board, viewing a job board should be free! Apart from that the app isn’t all that great and not very practical.
I paid for a subscription to have full access to care.com both online and via the app on my iPhone. However, for the last week...despite downloading multiple updates...my app refuses to work. I can’t get past the spinning circle of doom no matter which section of the app I select. I do not appreciate spending money for something that doesn’t consistently work.
I subscribed trough the Safari bc this app don't let me pass or come back, just still on the billing page
The app is misleading on how to cancel and the free version only allows a job posting with nothing else. You can’t contact anyone. And the packages to purchase are misleading. I paid for a month and it kept charging my account (without any card on file). I cancelled through my Apple account and the app kept charging me. Be careful
