I needed to purchase this program for a specific used. A client needed to send me dome huge audio files and so I agreed to purchase it for a month. When I had these files,I FOLLOWED ALL THEIR RULES FOR UNSUBSCRIBING and canceling my membership. The next month there comes $12.99 on my card. I called and explained and they did reverse the charge, BUT THEN CAME ANOTHER CHARGE, and another charge, and I can’t get rid of them without canceling my Amex card which I have had for twenty years. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
I used this App with good success for 8-9 years, but now it’s broke. They figured out a way to clog your data file, filling up your space, forcing you to upgrade. Customer service doesn’t exist. Don’t download unless your ready to pay $100-$200 a year in fees.
I don’t understand Dropbox’s popularity. It might be among the best file hosting services, but the experience was still incredibly unsatisfactory. The web app is slow. The sync settings are confusing. The canceling button is in a non-obvious spot which wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to find it. For $20 a month, this shouldn’t be a worse experience than what I can build with a terminal and an S3 bucket. Perhaps I’ll try again in a few years, but Dropbox is still too unpolished for me.
I don't use this app but they have charged $129.47 for two years. I have tried to cancel this but I can't get their attention. Help please😢😢
Dropbox allows me to store family photos and show my buyers property! One of the best apps out there! PCFPrincipal.com
Impossible to cancel the trial version.
I canceled my subscription a whole month ago I’m still getting charged
Every time I save smth to a folder on Dropbox that folder is no longer displayed by iPad s Files app. The only solution is to logout of Dropbox and log in again. Which is a major hassle. Don’t think it was that bad before. Apparently Dropbox is not properly integrated in current version of iOS. I am a paying subscriber for Dropbox. But apparently now I will have to look at other services that are supported by iOS.
