Well, I am a new customer, I might change my review, but so far, I haven’t seen anything positive from Line2, since I downloaded it, it started to freeze up, it is slow, I bought the Standard plan for unlimited SMS and unlimited Calls, but it is not letting me text people unless they are Line 2 customer, that does not make sense- we are talking about 13,20$ charge/mo and what is Business App not kids kind of thing. I still can make call, quality is So so. I tried to call like 10x they just don’t want to pick up the phone, well you still can send Email... wait till they respond. What is frustrating is that when you buy the plan they mention unlimited sms and call to US/ Canada from anywhere and when you use it. Not even 1 sms. Still waiting for a solution otherwise I am gonna cancel the whole thing and report to App Store. 3 days Trial( they charge you at the first min you pick your plan). 30 days money back well I will see if that is True... but hopefully they will fix the issue.
Not a good phone signal no matter where I am… Most calls I end up swapping over to my regular landline because the quality is so much better. Probably switching to a better service soon
Best I love it
They scammed me twice and proceeded to say I didn’t have a valid line2 number, DONT GET THIS APP
Literally the point of typing in the store "free wifi calls" and this is the first to open up... ? Just for there to be a paywall? Bruv yall can have that
Start with the basics and go from there. If looking for a 2nd phone or even more just start here
Beware! I signed up via the iOS app and picked a number. I didn’t receive any email or notification and after getting charged immediately was prompted to sign in with a number which of course I didn’t memorize. Now I can’t sign in. The website doesn’t recognize my iTunes associated email. When I finally find a person on the phone willing to talk, they ask me to pay again and take my dispute to Apple as they are the middle man. So, a buggy app that’s quick to charge and failed to properly set up my account. Even signing up at their website was buggy and gave me errors on Chrome. Maybe it’s a good app but I never got to see the service work
Like I said it works. But in order for it to work I have to forward calls to my cell phone. When I do just use it on data it don’t work very well at all. There hasn’t been an update in over a year.
Great app, needs to resolve a few issues but it's good for my business. The new format for iPad is going to take some getting use to... Please fix the ability to view and attach images... I’m not getting incoming calls but I do get the notification that I missed a call...
