I’ve been using this app for over a year and I’ve loved it until a few days ago. My app logged me out and when I logged back in I had text messages that I never received from months ago. This lost me thousands in potential commission because I never received these texts. I would suggest looking at other apps before paying monthly for this app.
When touching the Calls function in the bottom section of the app. We need this working in order to select voicemails and/or view the call log. The app crashes! Please repair or attempt version update 🙏🏼 Thank you so much
Why would you paused my number without notice at least I paid for a year plan
Half the time texts don’t show up. There are probably better apps out there.
Horrible app after doesn’t work correctly Login is super difficult no way to recover account if you forgot password or user credentials no customer service can not get in contact with any one .
So far I like this App so much it does all of the things that my iPone does so far, and just as quickly.
Messages don’t send fast
Have used this app for over 10 years off and on. Used to be a solid app that we loved. Not sure what has happened but the app is beyond glitchy. It logs you out and now won’t recognize your credentials so makes it absolutely worthless. Your business is only as good as your weakest team member, Line2 is that weak team member. Line2 will hurt your business.
I downloaded this application in my phoneAnd wasn’t even able to make a call it was like it’s a scam or something. Do not use this application they charge you 999 for a month and now I will be billed for it because I used it with my Apple Pay and I can’t even make a call or text anybody
Lately the app has been crashing. Past month or so it’s been crashing almost daily. Then when prompting me to log in, after just using it an hour ago, it tells me my credentials aren’t correct and I have to redownload the app or restart my phone to be able to log in. Needs to have bug corrected asap in order to keep my subscription
