Used app for one day could access voicemail or make calls. What a waste then got Charged 167$ full price . Had to file a dispute to get money back stay away
And I know it's not just my cell service because my phone calls and my regular Verizon line work well but the call won't work on Line 2

I tried sending and receiving messages with this app, it never worked, not one time. I canceled it but already paid $16. No refund offered. BEWARE
Very useless app, after they knew I wouldn’t be allowed to create a new account, they still went ahead to charge my balance. FRAUD
Very misleading description says first 2 months is free and went ahead and charged me for a full year
I’m highly disappointed in this app ..I have been using this app getting to a year now and I wake up to get a disconnected service.

About two weeks ago, I was unable to log into my Line2 account. I reset the password was able to log into the dashboard, but unable to log into the app on my Mac, iPad, or iPhone. After numerous attempts to reach customer service, I still have not received a reply. Extremely frustrating when you’re paying $12 a month for an app that is very much a part of my daily life. Who knows the number of phone calls and text messages that I missing because of their lack luster customer service.
