I cannot hear the voicemails the sound cannot be turned up enough. Also many times I must restart the phone in order to make a call. This app needs work.
When I call clients it comes up as “user user” and deters the from answering, as they think it’s a spam call. I’m also unable to make outgoing calls when I’m not in WiFi.
Texts tend to disappear before you get a chance to read them And calls fail about 50% of the time
Initially this app worked well but shortly after getting it it stopped ringing and only works for texting. I contacted the developers via email and of course they claim it’s something I’M NOT DOING and I’m totally confused or even delete and download anew😳. So what happens to my important messages? I guess when renewal time around I will not go through a second year.
Very bad customer service. I subscribed for a year package and after paying $150 they suspended my account and still don’t want to refund my money back

Pls how can I change my chat wallpaper and chat notification sound in Line2?
We use this in our office and it is so aggravating. There are issues with the app not working at least once a week. We have to log out of all devices quite often. It will ring and not let you answer the call then takes a few minutes for the missed call to show up on your recent calls. There are so many times we try to call out and it won’t connect. When you call support, they repeat all the steps you’ve already done and it works for 20 minutes. Then it stops working again. There are so many times our patients are unable to reach us bc the unreliability of this app. It’s cheap, that’s the only pro, but you certainly get what you pay for.
Doesn’t show most of my unread texts. The app wack
My messages won’t get delivered. It says text is either blocked or sending to an invalid number meaning I am on a year subscription which I just purchased barely a month ago. Kindly help me out. Thank you
