I use this as a second line for business on iPhone 6. The drop calls occur about every other call or less. It's great to have this second line to screen business calls. Any help with drop calls is appreciated...
The personal service that customers USED to get with line2 is no more. Periodically the sms goes down for no reason which is maddening. But for the number, i would leave.
Takes a while for customer service to get back to you and they’re not typically that helpful. Great price. No contracts. But... Problems with people calling and it rings on their end but goes straight to vm on our end. We are Switching to SmartLine or iplum or grasshopper.
Calls drop for no logical reason. Texts bounce back or disappear completely - undelivered. App crashes without logical reason. As soon as I can get the number (which I need for business) ported over to another phone my account with Line2 will be deleted.
Sometimes I can’t hear the other party I use this line for business so it’s very important I be able to hear what they are saying or asking me.
We use this primarily for texting and receiving orders for a business. A lot of repetitive messages go out each week. Now it seems the latest update has made it impossible to copy and paste a sent text message. When I tap the ‘copy’ prompt for an entire message it will only give me one word. No ‘select all’ option comes up at all. Now I have a ton of typing to do with every message.
I am so disappointed in this app. It freezes very often and won’t let me call out or hang up calls. I have to restart my phone to make it work. I will be having to get another line because this one has been so in-dependable. So many other issues to list. I just had all my advertising with this number so I will be switching all of it over to something else by the end of the year.
Sometimes the app works and calls are received and sometimes not.
