Constant glitches. Freezes up all the time, no service at times.
Awful, constant glitching and downtime. I made this my main business number and Wish I had never gotten it. Constant missed calls that don’t ring, don’t forward. Straight to voicemail is constantly happening to me. Calls that hang up right when I pick up, have to let it ring at least 3 times or it’ll hang up when answering. Number that call me sometimes do not exists, so I can’t call them back. I’m going to be porting my number soon, because it’s just such awful service
So frustrating. Works great u less you forget your password. It doesn’t recognize my number or email so how am I supposed to reset the password. I can’t even call them without the app. Fail.
1-Needs to be able to send and accept videos. 2- need to be able to store Line2 contacts separately from the contacts in my phone.
I have an iPhone and an iPad and neither of them ever ring when I get a Line2 call. I get a message that someone has called. Not good.
Customer service stinks. After 8 plus years with company I find I cannot even talk with company about problem new system is noi user friendly
Four years in...and I’ve yet to get my problem resolved. I’ve asked to change my number and the way my name is listed on the caller ID several times and nothing has been done. My contract is up at the end of July and I plan to use another carrier. If you need to talk to anyone use this phone service to contact another carrier because you can’t call them and they don’t care about you or your problem but they deduct money from your account on time every time.
