Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired, impossible to get any customer support. I have upgraded my account this week and need help and over the past two days have been on hold for over 25 minutes each time and was never able to speak to anyone nor do we get return emails!! 🥵
This company is horrid. I signed up because they had a 100% refund policy if you cancel in the first 30 days. Then, they make it impossible to cancel. There is no cancellation on their website, nothing on the app. If you call, they leave you on hold for an hour, transfer you to voicemail and never return your call. If you send an email, it goes unanswered. At this point I will have to cancel my debit card to assure I don’t get charged. Apple should responsibly remove this company from the App Store based on not having an ability to cancel and offering a full refund if you cancel. Bad, horrible worst experience on my iPhone with a developer, ever.

Slow I’m always here in the press the button for texting or phone calls and I have to wait then I click it to see if I actually hit it and then I’m waiting to see if it to goes to my text that somebody sent me Apple iPhone 11 Pro Slow
Now have to undelete and reinstall several times a day to get this to work. Simply not worth it. Go elsewhere I just read some of the other reviews. This app seems to have totally fallen apart in the last month. A disaster for everyone according to the last several reviews. Go elsewhere for reliable VoIP

We have had nothing but issues with this company. I have never in my life had to reset an app everything I use it. It tells me I am still on the last call or that I am not connected to the internet and the people in the other one can’t hear me. One thing ever another all the time.
