I have more than one library card, but the app doesn’t let me add another one. There’s an option for it, but it sends me into an endless loop of signing in. Seems the only way to switch library information is by deleting the app and starting fresh. Not worth the trouble, so I don’t bother using the app. Thus, I don’t recommend it either.
Confusing app. No matter what I press on it just demands I buy something. I can’t even get to an article to see how it works first. No thank you, greedy annoying app. No at all what I am looking for.
I had a problem with the app on my iPad and emailed customer support. Got an immediate response and Bryan worked with me until the problem was solved. Love PressReader!
Loaded this free app per instructions at the Air Canada lounge since they don’t have any magazines anymore. Nothing but glitches and frozen screens. Only 1 or 2 of the dozen magazines I downloaded will open up and the whole app freezes about every 4-5times I try to use it. I deleted the app and all data on my iPad 3 times but still the same glitches. Says I’m on a free trial but maybe you have to pay to get the mags to open? Piece of junk.
I just spent 45 minutes trying to get the software to give free access to content, based on being in an airline lounge that specifically allows it. I three times made sure it’s the correct hotspot, reinstalled the software a second and third time, checked all network settings with another phone that did give access, disabled cellular access, did a cold iphone restart. Bottom line - no luck. What a waste of time.
If you can not offer some sources anymore, you should send us a message to let us informed. For example, Washington Post and Wall Street Journal have gone, you should send a message to readers. If you are afraid of loosing readers, you should try to improve your service instead of hiding these important changes.
Press Reader is an unethical company. They bought News360, accepted paid subscription and shut down news aggregator service for over two months Before announcing that News360 was no longer viable . Next offering a new subscription service and an absolute kings ransoms - Buyer beware - Be honest , do good , don’t be deceptive scum
To view the nyt need to purchase an expensive monthly subscription. And even with this subscription, the nyt won’t allow you to view its web version to view breaking news.

Very dependable site. If you desire timely access to most of the worlds best (and worst) print content, this is for you. Try Press Reader. At pennies a day, it is an unbelievable bargain.
