I can’t imagine getting on a flight without TripIT. The alerts to my iWatch alone are enough. It makes keeping track of the all the moving parts of travel so easy.
Easy to use and even easier to upload hotels and air flight reservations
If you travel extensively overseas, then I do not recommend this app. Flighty is much better. I travel a lot on the Middle East. TripIt can never load trip successfully and always says “cannot monitor”. If that’s not enough, when importing simple pdf from company, it will just alert you to trip imported but not not make or produce the trip. Like I say, I use other apps here and they work seamlessly. Maybe its only for USA. Not worth it.
My husband and I used this app when traveling out west, the time zone change was a key factor in how amazing, intelligent & dynamic this app is. This app is continually one step ahead of you in terms of what you are looking for, and offers the most intuitive interface of any app I’ve ever had.
Love how my itinerary is set up for me. A centralized location with all of my travel info combined up for me no need to search cod emails.
TripIt has been my go-to for personal and business travel for many years.
Can’t keep the calendar subscription connected
Phenomenal app that has gotten better with time! I still use the free version - I’m afraid I’ll jinx this by saying how great the free version is and like my other fave apps they will limit free services 😩 - but I love the chronological list of reservations with all needed info right there in a handy schedule. Kudos to the developers for making this app even more accurate and responsive to email confirmations. Love it!
I have had this app (free version) for several years and really just use it for basic construction of my itinerary. I have always found it helpful. I’m Sure it can do so much more but I haven’t taken the time to learn everything. THIS APP PROVED ITS WORTH ON MY PHONE FOREVER! My flight from Paris was delayed over 3 hours. Little did I know that there is a law (206) in the EU that reimburses flyers for delays over 3 hours. After we got back to the states, a day later I got a notification from the trip it app that United probably owed me money (600 euro). After I googled what this notification meant I started the process with United to get money for my flight delay. United is making good with offers of 600Euro or 1000$ travel credit. I would NEVER have known this if it weren’t for the trip it app. I am still amazed that trip it sent this notification. I tell all my friends about trip it!
