Updated at long last! 🙂

Updated 2019 Review: WeatherBug still rocks! Thanks for adding the ability to fine-tune our alert preferences! You guys are the best!!! 😀 ———— Glad to see WeatherBug' Elite version alive and kicking before iOS 11 would have killed it. Would appreciate the option to turn off or delete sections that are irrelevant and cluttering the interface (e.g., lifestyles, photos, etc.). I miss the simple dark blue and purple backgrounds that were available in the old version, but apart from that, it's a solid update.

My favorite weather app

I use this every day and the info is very accurate if you have a nearby weather station when you enter your zip code. This app has everything I need for weather and is easy to navigate. Just buy it so you don't have to deal with ads. I like it better than weather channel.

Most reliable weather app

I agree with what Zig Fan posted. This really does seem to be the most reliable. (When it’s raining outside the weather app says it’s raining unlike some of the other weather apps I’ve tried.) I also find the user interface easy to read. The only other app I use is the NOAA hurricane tracker, which does a better job than WeatherBug in identifying new hurricanes and forecasting their tracks in an easy to read fashion.

Occasional changes that I don’t like but overall the best out there.

Clear, useful

Easy to navigate. Many features. Enter different locations to be aware of conditions elsewhere or when you travel. It’s been pretty accurate for several years.

Needs better Widget and Siri integration

This is a nice weather app. It has all of the data you would want if you’re a weather junkie like me. There’s only a few things I would change... 1) The Today/Lock Screen widget is too sparse. It should have an option to display the upcoming week’s forecast for temp, rain, and wind. 2) There is little to no Siri Shortcut integration. So you can’t set up a shortcut for “How’s the Pollen levels today?”, and have it pull the data from the app. 3) The top of the main page in the app has a lot of wasted screen space between the current temp and the data panes below. 4) The notification options are not as robust as Dark Sky. There is no option to get a notification if the high today will be over 90, or if rain is starting in the next hour, etc.
