Tried to create an account and it says app has identified me as a robot, just unreal lol Apple should dump app like this if its not working or usable
I’ve used this app for over 10 years. I travel weekly and relied on this app to track my trips and get updates. Since the 2019 update it stopped loading the trips. At first it wouldn’t even load the app. Now it loads but won’t retrieve any of my trip data. It just spins the circle of infinite wait. I let the phone or iPad (both have the same issue) sit there overnight and it’s still spinning the next morning - no data retrieved. Hard to track trips when you can’t see the trip info. I’ve waited patiently for them to fix the app but it’s now been several months and I can’t wait any longer. I’ve been using airline and hotel apps to get my information while waiting for this app to regain functionality, but waiting several months is ridiculous. They should have rolled back to the last functioning version while they fixed it instead of leaving all users with a non-functioning app for months. Time to consider other app options!
Haven’t used it for travel yet. But initial impressions.... It won’t accept my phone number for text notifications. When I forward emails with trip details the email subject comes through as blank. Not helpful for finding them in the app. And not a functional issue but some pictures or different backgrounds would be nice....
I’m am running the latest IOS 13 update on iPhone XR and the app will not launch, it is totally inop. Please send out a new update to fix the issue. I have reset my phone and everything and the app still won’t work but it does work on my Android phone so please send out a fix for IOS.
This free to use app has worked well for me in many past trips. There were some minor glitches at times. Looking at some recent reviews has been a bit concerning in its recent reliability. Hoping this last update addresses these since I have travels coming up.
Not kept up to date lots of bugs wnt load trips
I find this app unhelpful and unfriendly. "Help" is no help at all. "Open the sidebar" it says. There is no sidebar. "Select 'Edit Trip'" it says. There is no "Edit Trip". I hate this useless app. I am writing now on 1/13/20. When I clicked on “Write a Review” in the App Store I got the two paragraphs above, so I guess I wrote them at some point. I have no recollection of that, and “Meh!” is not an expression I ever write. Besides, it hardly expresses my feelings about this utterly worthless app. It is no good whatsoever. DO NOT SADDLE YOURSELF WITH TRIPCASE OR YOU WILL BE VERY, VERY SORRY. It is in fact far worse than useless. Click on “Help” and believe it or not you actually get a blank white page! That’s how eager they are to help. If there is a worse piece of garbage anywhere in any App Store, I pray fervently to God that I never get suckered into installing it. Somewhere some pathetic social-misfit programmer geek is sitting in a onesie in his mommy’s basement drooling on his keyboard, cackling over the frustration he’s causing normal people, and wondering why that cute girl down the block keeps renewing her restraining order.
This app used to work for me but ever since the last update I just get a blank page I travel twice a week so it was very helpful. Will be looking for a new app
