Didn’t work for me
I purchased the subscription did not forward my call to the intended number
ReActivate??
Every time I open the app it’s asking me to reactivate. I do. Then the next time it happens again! Getting ready to DEactivate!!
No good. Won’t let to cancel
I tried I cancel cause I was missing calls for interviews and even people in my contacts such as my mother. I tried everything. I deleted the app and even went on my browser to cancel my membership and it said it was cancelled but it was still active in my phone despite canceling the service and deleting the app it never did. I ultimately had go change my number. They make it pretty much impossible to cance. So unless you want fo be stuck subscribing don’t download and sign up cause I was using the free version too. It’s such a scam I have had the same number for many years and having to change it was dreadful because alll my accounts are linked to my phone number such as my social media account and bills and insurance company etc.
Constantly Needing Reactivating
Every time I open the app it says I need to activate the service. I tested it to be sure it’s still taking messages and it is, but I get really tired of this constant thing of it saying it needs reactivation. I’m never sure if I’m actually getting all my messages or not.
Good luck trying to cancel this
Myself and my daughter have been trying to cancel this service bc we are missing important doctors calls. They don’t make it easy! Please cancel!!!
Update crashes constantly
Newest update broke the app. App crashes on EVERY. SINGLE. LAUNCH.

I have done everything that I could to get this program off of my phones. I just bought a house and have been having trouble with my gi bill and I cant get any calls to two phone numbers i have written this company because i was only on the free apps for a couple days the free app does not make you eligible for chat or phone calls. im going to look on get a human.com for a back number to get them to let me go. Then if that diesnt get it im going to post this problem on my google reviews page and give an honest review. …..I only have had 28,941,934 views of my 4322 photos and reviews. I dont usually do that but I cant talk with anyone and I want to be able to answer my own phones. …….It is months later and people are telling me that they can’t leave a message because of this app! this company are nice and have tried to help but it will not let go of my phone! I WANT MY ANSWERING MACHINE BACK!!!!!
Text report spam radio buttons do not work
Text report spam radio buttons do not work. There are two buttons but neither will take a tap, so spam texts cannot be reported. Spam calls are handled fairly well but some are saved in the app and then you get a notice on the app’s icon, the same notice as for a voice mail on a non-spam call, and you have to delete those manually to reset the icon so you can tell if you have a voicemail from a valid call.
Does not block spam calls
I tried using this app to block spam calls but still receive them daily; especially from 877 and 844 numbers. I have gone through all my settings and it still doesn’t work. Disappointing.
