The fees are ridiculous
Same amount is electronically deposited each month from same outside bank and this month it was refused because “check looks the same as a previously deposited check” and was necessary to take the check to bank for deposit. Of course it looks the same, but it was a different check number. This has never happened before but was very aggravating!
On iPhone 12 i’m seeing no network error messages when connected to 5G despite my network working fine and logging into the app fine. Fix this. Otherwise would be five stars.

I feel like I can never rely on chase to communicate with me, or for their mobile app to work. I wouldn’t have signed up for Subaru finance if I had known this was the lender.

Balance can be difficult to determine at times need more tips on how to understand true balance on the account . It is not clear how chase takes Debit out or how quickly post credits ..I went to the ATM put in $200 cash and got my receipt my balance said available the plus $200 which was great the process seems to be working properly until I went to my online banking and it said pending 😳. Why is it still showing pending for a cash deposit 🙄smh ..please make banking more user friendly people work hard for their money and are forced to have bank accounts so let’s have your customers feel comfortable with banking processes . I use it only for a charge card. One would think that it would be easy and intuitive. There is a mish mosh of flows, some of which result in PDF viewers and others of which are transaction lists. No simple way to get a time ordered (forwards or backwards) los of charges and credits, either during a cycle ot post cycle). One would think that the sort would be he same, it no... sort appears to be random within a vague order. Drives me crazy in a heavy charging month and makes it almost impossible to track whether recurring charges have hit. Honestly, it would be far easier to program a foreword or reverse time sort than a vague almost time ordered list... particularly as he order as is is random.
No es una buena app Básicamente me serraron la cuenta por una tontería y un error de su app . En el cual adepto un cheque sin nombre y agregó el dinero a la cuenta Usual mente cuando depositas cheques por el celular dura de uno a dos días para agregar el dinero ala cuenta y ese día lo agregaron en 10 minutos y ni siquiera me notificaron que el cheque estaba sin nombre y no solo eso le mandaron un mensaje a mi jefa preguntando si ella abría autorizado ese cheque ella contestó que si Y le respondieron que ya no necesitaban más nada Y me bloquearon la cuenta y me avisan una semana después el porqué y dicen que si voy antes de 10 días me arreglarán la cuenta voy al banco y le planteo la situación y me dicen que tengo que hacer cita Comprendo que por la pandemia no es tan fácil pero ellos quedaron el llamarme el cual nunca llamaron Yo llame y programe una cita me Abrieron una nueva cuenta todo estaba bien y ahora me salen con el cuento que ya no puedo formar parte del banco por un error de ellos que ni siquiera es mi culpa
