The chase bank has improved the most last 30 some years. Right now the the best technologically and services financial institute. Chase is coming with the most innovation and one of the best software in the financial industry . I am glade and consider myself lucky that I am a chase customer. Thanks.

Should return any and all charges for Insufficient funds

PNC Bank has a much better policy on that matter. You should give people more time these days to get the money in their accounts “before charging the that extra fee to them.”

This is one of the best apps for banking. Easy to use for deposits, checking accounts etc. I opened accounts for my daughters and immediately was able to see their info on the app

Money Transfer

I initiated a $3K money transfer 6/11 which was scheduled to be completed 6/16. This was rejected. I’m now on the phone for almost 1.5 hrs waiting to resolve this issue. I spoke with two representatives who were incapable of resolving my issue. The second representative verified security and said I could resubmit the transfer. She didn’t know how to, so she transferred me. I clicked on every link possible on this app. Not seeing the option. I will disconnected now. This was a total waste of my time.
