Typed items in search bar disappear after tapping “search”. Results revert to items from previous searches. Stupidly frustrating. And... can’t buy if I can’t search. IOS 12.4.1
The new recent update is a joke has slow down my searching,constantly says it cannot find stuff and what is up with the next button the drag feature was also amazing and now it’s gone. Why can’t things just be left alone!!!
To whom this may concern, The app has worked well for ma in the 10 years of using it, but this latest update does not allow me to search items.
I hate the new format. I’d rather keep scrolling that have to wait for the next page to load. Also, some product suggestions slide sideways across the screen in the middle of a list.
Can you make a favorites or follow button so that we can save our favorite brands and companies without having to search again??? Similar to adding a bookmark on chrome browser.
I can’t even open the app without a sad dog telling me that it’s not working. Reinstalling does nothing. Bug fixes needed!
I hate the new update! Instead of being able to just scroll you see like maybe 10 options and then are forced to click the next page. So annoying!
Why is so difficult to delete permanently my account. Amazon charged me a prime service that i didn’t subscribe to, i remove my payment info now i want to delete my account

Last several days the site has gone down on the app and prevented me from ordering. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing worked. Top priority should be having a stable platform for shoppers to use.
