Jul 22, 2019 The default list used to appear at the bottom of the app screen. It’s gone. Having the default list right there at the bottom makes it so convenient to browse products and save (drag and drop) them for later purchase. What happened? So annoying when developers take away a useful feature. The HEART replaced the drag and drop feature. The HEART is not as good. Sure, you can tap on the Heart to save to your default list. But, until you tap on that Heart, you won’t know at a glance what your default list is. I frequently change my default list depending on what my current purchase goal is so I frequently don’t remember what my current default list is. The drag and drop was a lot better because it showed my default list at the bottom and the items in it. BRING IT BACK!!! ———- AMAZON’S OWN DELIVERY GUYS These guys drop a lot of boxes daily at our condo front desk and I really mean DROP. And they drop and bang them hard on the floor, deliberately!!! It’s as if these guys RESENT having to deliver for Amazon.
What have the developers done to wish lists? There isn’t any way to save an item to any list other than the one you have set as the default at the time. I constantly have to reorganize my lists and go back and delete things off of lists that were set as the default at the time I was looking at an item.
It did not deserve to be gone. We all loved it. Bring it back, please. Also, better conditions for your workers, please!
They’ll take your money for the product but their delivery performance falls far short of expectations. They use others resources like UPS or USPS but don’t take responsibility of their performance or lack thereof
I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve been having prime for a while for the benefits it comes with being a member. I ordered something thinking it would come in two days (which are the benefits of being a member, fast delivery) just for it to tell me that the expected dates are changed and would come later. It’s been happening for some time now and I don’t know what to do.
Amazon cleverly forces you onto the app on iPhone and offers zero customer service. There is no option to deal with a product no received. I am so fed up with Amazo that I’m quitting prime because it’s a nasty company with this nasty app. I used to spend about 20,000./year at amazo. No more.

The mobile site is ten times better. This app is trash. Deleted it.
All of you at amazon need to train these new delivery guys properly. Some are really lazy and don’t give a **** about the items they deliver. Even after they I give the access code to the apartment my items are still being left outside the gate and THREE of my orders HAVE BEEN STOLEN already! I’m from CA and my area code is 91324. Ya’ll need to hold these delivery guys accountable!
My cart shows empty even when I put things in it? This last update is the drizzling sh#ts. Drag and drop is gone. Removed the lists from the bottom. It’s difficult to save items to favorites or change lists. I hate the changes and am frustrated to the point that I don’t want to use it.
