The update stinks!!!

I have extremely limited view ability with the new update, especially on my iPhone 12 mini. Go back to the old app ASAP please!!! 😡

Error in viewing items pictures

Dear publisher please there are many errors in the application When I want to zoom the item picture … the picture is be mirror image and didn’t appear good

Amazon is horrible, I’ll never use them again. Crooks

Sent me a knock off otterbox , I paid $47. It was incorrect item and they refused to do anything, no exchange, no refund. Customer service was worst I’ve ever experienced in 35 years. Amazon is garbage now. Know people who work there . They do this stuff on purpose. Shady and unethical business practices.

Please make a dark mode.

It has hiccups, sometimes all I get are the error dogs till I force quit it and reopen. Sometimes it don’t pull up the pharmacy sign in correctly, instead you just get the load screen forever instead of where you input your pin. My biggest grievance is no dark mode. If I had dark mode I could shop easier at night, instead of it blinding me and waking up my partner, since I always remember something at night that I need.

I hate Inspire

I don’t know why this new feature is on my app now. It’s clear it’s trying to just integrate their “influencers” with the actual app, and it’s bad. It’s annoying; if I wanted videos like this to be sold stuff, I’d rather go to TikTok. It’s in the way, and I’m tired of tapping it, and there’s currently no way to remove it.
