This app is easy to use, I have not run into any food items that are not stored in its database and have lost 15lbs of of my 25lb goal!
I recommend using the full app. I like that it has sooooooo many foods listed. I like that you can also change the background.
I’ve recently started taking my health more seriously. I’ve been logging my food and working out consistently for over a month now. Sometimes logging seems tedious and cumbersome, but the insight and results are worth it.
I’ve been using it for a little under a week and so far so good. I wish it suggested lower calorie food options based on what I’m eating.
Keeping track of my food intake every few hours has helped me be mindful of my weight loss journey. App is simple, great graphs and gives me the personal satisfaction of staying on task.
Please update the bug where the Runkeeper app never syncs and always “encounters a problem” and I will change by review to 5 stars.
I have been using this app for more than a year and love it. My problem is that I can’t sync it with my Garmin fitness watch or with my FITINDEX electronic scale. I can manually fill in the data, but it would be nice to have them all sync’d. I chose this app and my fitness electronics based on reviews and price. When I look at the list of what I could sync this app with, I feel like I’m being manipulated into buying certain brands, and I find that annoying. Maybe it’s just too hard to include all the possible combinations out there, and I can understand that. I’m not that knowledgeable about electronics, so maybe I’m asking too much. I would like to know if it’s possible, though.
Have lowered weight by 35 pounds and A1-C to 5.6 by using Lose-It to monitor food and meals!
I finally find an tool that helps a technology challenge individual like me keep track of the calories I consumed. I have struggled with my weight all my life, my biggest Blessing was when I decided to have Gastric Bypass on 2004. Keeping up with calorie counting was not convenient, so I never tried it until now. I look forward everyday to log in my calorie intake & stay with in my budget. It is a fun & easy way to develop & keep a healthy habit. Rosie Paulsen
It’s a very polished app with better graphics and way smoother than my fitness pal. Unfortunately they keep the most ridiculously basic stuff behind paywalls and tell you to upgrade to their paid membership every time you open it. It feels like they hate offering a free version. I can’t even log water. Water! That’s a paid feature. If I want to log my breakfast tomorrow guess what. Can’t do it! Doesn’t that seem like something that wouldn’t be a pro feature? Just...logging my breakfast? Ugh. I might actually go back to fitness pal because of basic stuff like this. They are way too greedy
