It helps a lot but I wish you didn’t have to waste money to get the extra stuff
This is by far the best app of its kind. I love it’s very simple and friendly user interface, the barcode scanner, and the food database is as good as the competition. The apps weight tracking and goal section is superb. You can even change calorie goals by the day if you know that you eat more on certain days. This is the best app ever for weight goals. It shows macros and allows custom goal setting. I have tried several of these apps and have concluded this is the best one. Don’t hesitate to get this one.
For the latest 15.3.200 version, I noticed a lag between when I click on a food item and when my keyboard appears to input the quantity on my food log - the keyboard takes a second to show up. This did not occur with the previous app version
I have been using Lose It (pay version) for several years. It is easy to use, accurate, and easily interfaces with my Wi-Fi scale and iPhone. I participated in a weight-loss study a couple of years ago and had to use My Fitness Pal. Hands down, Lose It has more accurate nutritional information. It is my favorite app.
I have been using this app since 2017. It constantly keeps me in check and also encourages me to buckle down when I need to get back on track. Very easy to use. Food logging is the best on any weight loss health app period. It offers a Variety of diet plans. Also fast , slow or just steady options. I have a handy reminder sent to me to not to eat after 7. You can set your level of reminders and communications. I have tried all the others. This is the one
I have now lost 25 lbs and I credit this app for that. It has made it so simple to enter the foods and find the calories. Even has the calories for restaurants- that’s awesome. I track my weight. They’ve made it so easy. They offered a lifetime rate which I did because I have a feeling I’ll be using this app to stay healthy for a long time. Thank you Lose It. You’ve helped make a difference in my life.
This helped me keep track of what I was actually eating and where excess calories were being consumed. My weight was really getting out of control but after one month, I’m already down 8 pounds! I’m happy with my progress, I am not hungry, I have no food restrictions ( only portion amounts),I am drinking more water, I am sleeping better and most of all I feel better!
Off to a great start and positive attitude and things coming to life
I wish it showed you all your macros per meal. Calories aren’t the only thing worth tracking when trying eat a healthy diet. The macros listed group your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks together in one. I wish they would separate it so I could see what my macros are per meal.
I want a refund! I paid for this app and I liked it, but it only worked for about 2 weeks before I started getting an error message every time I tried to log anything! I’ve tried updating and deleting and redownloading the app and it still isn’t working. I want my money back so I can switch apps if it isn’t going to work!
