I’ve used this app for about 10 years and it has been invaluable. I’m also a premium member. However, lately one of the most important features - updating your weight - has not worked properly. Even after updating the weight it only stays at the updated weight for a short time then reverts back to a weight I entered over a month ago before the more recent updates. I keep updating the app hoping that the new version will fix that issue but it still remains. It is growing increasingly frustrating as it throws the weight loss charts and the time to achieve weight loss goals off completely. Tracking weight loss in that way is no longer an option. I used to update almost daily as part of my routine so would love to see this fixture fixed. Up until the recent updates, I would have gladly given this 5-stars.
Lose it is great! We have been using it for years and it really makes it easy to record food intake and exercise. My husband lost 60 lbs 6 years ago and has kept it up by keeping up with lose it.
I removed my card from my apple Account and unsubscribed TWICE last year and they charged me AGAIN $40.00 ON A CARD I NO LONGER USE!!!! I CANNOT GET IN CONTACT AND IM EXTREMELY UPSET. I NEED A REFUND. IT MADE MY BANK ACCOUNT GO OVERDRAFT AND NOW I OWE MY BANK $100!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Who ever created this app had to have know some one who had suffering with weight problems. I’m still using it. But it’s my right hand advisor. The best weight loss tool ever. Total package
I would give this app a five star review, but it still gives me the occasional offer for a scale that apparently works with the app. I already own a scale that I’m very happy with, and I’m of the opinion that an app I paid full price for should never, ever send promotional offers/ads. Other than thaf, the app works great and was instrumental in my 30+ pound weight loss, which I’ve maintained for over two years now.
Have used this app for years. The pop up every time you open the app is the worse thing ever. Shame on the developers. I even gave in and created an account I didn’t want and then it won’t let me log in saying invalid credentials. And the pop up remains. Wish I’d read the reviews before updating like I typically do. Ugh.
This is a fabulous app that is easy to use everywhere. I’ve lost weight and am very happy!
