A generally feature packed food, calories and exercise tracking app. It’s supposed to be able to detect trends after enter at least 7 days worth of food. But it has to be 7 days in a row. And, if you track everything, but forget to smack the “I’m done tracking for the day” button your data doesn’t count. You can’t even go back and close out a previous day. I’m not joking. 😞

Apple shows that this app is for 4 year olds and up, but in the app it shows that only 18 year olds and up are allowed.
For a free value, this app is perfect! Has every food to list! Also nice that it connects to my Apple Watch and automatically syncs my calories I burned. Highly recommend if your seeking to lose some weight or a beer belly lol.
I’ve been using this app on and off since 2009 and it always keeps me on track.
I love this app and have posted my own results for over 925 days. My only problem is that every time I open my screen it says it has to update and it should not happen often but every time I post it seems. Other than that I love this control over myself . Thank you for this program
I upgraded to premium, it charged my card, and I STILL don’t have premium.
Why do all these developers insist on fixing what’s not broken? I hate the new look of this app.
I really like the lose it app and recommend it to others often, but really dislike the new update display of the log, go back to the smaller condensed list!
The only way I am able to monitor my food intake is to notate it. The Lose It App is the best one I’ve used to help me to loose weight!
