Out of all my apps, this is the slowest. Can’t believe at one point i had to pay for this just to see my work schedule. Upgrade your server and fix the errors!
Just got an update claiming “bug fixes and improvements” but it just made the app completely unusable. I can’t even see my work schedule now. All I get is a white screen that forces close after 30 seconds. Very cool.
The app used to work fine, but in the past few months it has deteriorated. I haven’t been able to load my schedule (and if it does it takes 5 minutes) for work in the past few weeks at all. Please fix it. This should not be an issue for a paid app!
I like this app, I’m forced to use it or the free online version but i like it. I like the app until it crashes. It says loading error and I’m not able to get back on it for at least an hour. I need to check something and I can’t because it quit working. This bug or whatever needs to be fixed. I can’t wait around for it to decide to work again. It displays an error screen and I can’t do anything. Please fix this problem
App doesn’t load and is unresponsive.
Many glitches...freezing up quite frequently. Has gotten worse recently. It’s very costly for management needs every second they can get
I’m trying to update my availability but I can’t. Using the app when I’m done all it says is error! And when I use a desktop, it’s confusing. But I did figure it out, HOWEVER. In the all I see different times I added than what I out on the Computer. Ex: 12:00am - 12:00am That’s not what I put!
Works when it wants to. Never works when I need it to. Always seems like the time I really need it, it doesn’t work. Probably the only app I have that works 50% of the time. Honestly should be free and everyone should get a refund for spending money on it. You should only charge for an app if it’s guarantee to work 100%. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to finally say something.
I’ve been using this app for 3 years and never had any issues, however, after the most recent update of the app I now no longer receive any notifications from the app. I’ve tried fixing the settings on the app and my phone settings and still nothing. This is very frustrating because now I am unaware of important messages sent from managers or when my schedule is posted or if there is any changes to it. Please fix this soon.
App has very long loading times and is often unresponsive when trying to do things on it. I will often find myself opening the app and then walking away to do something else because it always takes so long to load. Very disappointed that I paid money for this.
