Just to set this straight, something has to piss me off REALLY bad in order for me to review anything. First off, the app can’t remember my login info. Even after clicking the check button for it to remember my login info. Second, this app doesn’t have an “easy to understand” layout, especially when having to accept new terms and conditions. There is just so much that the developers could easily change to make this app easy, after all, it’s for work, right? I don’t feel like the app I’m REQUIRED to use by my employer, needs to be so difficult. All I need is to check my schedule, and they’ve really made it difficult to do that with this app.
Hi. To whomever was charged with updating the app. You went in the wrong direction, bud. It is quite literally poopoo. I can’t request off on mobile, The calendar is too big for my screen, messaging is a pain. Just nothing good about it. Please change it back. Just so bad. OH YEAH AND I have to log in EVERY TIME I open the app. Please. Change. So. Bad.
New update a few days ago, has made this app inconvenient, and not useful. I have to go to my computer to use it, instead of my iPhone. I have to sign in and out over and over again, and I cant compose messages to my coworkers because the app screen is all messed up. Fix it, It’s horrible.
I bought this app thinking I’d be able to use it right away like any other app out there but can’t figure out how to make an account.
I use this app for work and it’s amazing but the new update is like the website and i’m confused why... if I wanted to go to the website, I wouldn’t have paid for this app!
Now when I sign into the app it looks like the actual website and doesn’t let me look at who I am scheduled with... among other issues...
I hate what they’ve done to HotSchedules. The UI is terrible. I can no longer see who I’m working with and am given much less information than before. I can’t even log on right now because it’s asking for a provider?
Okay it was working grate but then I have the online desktop version showing up on the app! Can you fix it it doesn't look like the pictures anymore! Really annoyed it was fine before.
Please please please fix the latest update of the app ASAP. When signing into the app it take me to the internet site instead of the app and is incredibly difficult to navigate.
Trying to be the leader in their field but can’t seem to do it right. How about perfecting each thing you want to do before introducing to the public? Everyday there’s some kind of bug or app crash that affects the original function and reason why EVERYBODY uses your app in the first place. Your supposed to make our lives more organized, not more frustrating!!!
