There is always a problem with the app. In the last year, the whole program has become even less user friendly, I can’t access half of the pertinent information.
This app is the worse. First they removed important functions and now the app is always down. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER/MANAGER. There are better alternatives out there.
The app app is very easy to use and the UI is nice. It’s major downfall though is its speed. Every time you launch it or even open it after it’s been running in the background it takes upwards of 45 seconds to load (this is not an internet connection or internet speed issue). Navigating to anything takes this long to load. Not to mention when you do open the app about every other try it logs you out or says there was a token issue. It could be great, but these issues are too major to ignore. It’s 2019, you guys can’t make things load faster/work more reliably?
This company gets worse with every update which should not be the case. You reach out to their customer service team and you get a typical corporate response like “Updates are meant to improve usability” if that was the case you wouldn’t be getting complaints about them. Stop making things more complicated and leave it alone!
Please give an option to turn email notifications OFF when you receive a message. There should be options to turn notifications on/off for all features for both push and email, not a little on each side.
It will lock you out with an incorrect password, even if it’s correct, every time a new update comes out. It’d be nice to just be prompted to update instead of being told my correct password is wrong.
Keeps logging me out
Its better to go onto the website then access the app. Messaging malfunctions, passwords don’t work. I could go on and on. Really need to rethink it...
You have to manually enter your password every time now. It would be quicker and easier to just use your web browser. Do not buy until they fix it.
I payed 2.99$ For this app and is not working at all !! I can’t even Log in in my Phone !! Anyways I have to use the laptop to see my schedule !!
