This app’s best feature has been the prediction of an amount of rain for the day. Sometimes a 90% chance of rain yields a few hundredths of an inch of water. You really don’t need to prepare for so little rain, so the app is helpful. Lately the prediction quality is poor. For instance, one day 13/100ths of an inch of rain is predicted and we get 2 inches. I hope this can be improved.
Where’s “Landscape mode”?
Pros: Nice graphics. Provides some needed information. Con: no hourly forecast information. This is the feature I use the most. Forecast every 3 hours just didn’t cut it. I’m not sure why a paid app wouldn’t provide frequent updates on the weather. Weatherbug elite and many other apps have hourly weather information forecasts.
Going back to dark sky which is more accurate. You buy this app then have to pay a subscription. DARK SKY
You wake up in the morning and take that first sip, ahhh. This well written app is a nice cup of coffee in the morning, whether you want decaf (freebie) or the Pro version (caffeine and full body)! Thanks MeteoGroup.
My only quibble is with having to sign in with every app, although this might be due to Apple application requirements…?
At almost 9 dollars at year is by far the most expensive weather app in the store. However this elevated price doesn’t come along with quality neither precise predictions.
The interface is WAY too busy and complex and after purchasing I found that most of the advanced features require a subscription.
Paid for the app back when it had 14-day forecast the lost that feature in an upgrade. And now they want me to pay again? Why would I trust you to give me what I paid for?
This is bull crap to pay then have to get a subscription!
